Service availability
One-Off Deep Cleaning is available in 62 West Midlands towns
We cover the B, CV, DY, WV, WS, WR postcode areas daily and the wider ST, TF, SY, HR districts on scheduled runs. Same-week slots are usual, next-day is common outside peak weekends, and every job is confirmed in writing with a fixed price before a crew is booked.
One-Off Deep Cleaning across the West Midlands
A deep clean is not a longer regular clean. It works top-down and back-to-front through the whole property: light fittings, coving, door tops, picture rails, radiator backs, skirtings, behind and beneath appliances, inside cupboards, and every hinge, seal, runner and vent that a weekly visit never has time for.
People book it for three reasons in this region — a new baby or a returning family member, a property that has been let out and handed back mid-tenancy, or the annual pre-Christmas reset. Landlords also use it between long tenancies where an end of tenancy clean would be the wrong scope because the property stays furnished.
The price is fixed on bedrooms, bathrooms and condition after we see photographs. A deep clean is physically hard work, so we send teams rather than individuals: two cleaners for a flat, three or four for a family house, all finishing together in a single day so you get the property back in one go.
Everything we cannot restore — worn grout, stained silicone, scorched hob trims, blown extractor motors — is reported with photographs rather than quietly skipped, so you know what needs a trade rather than a cleaner.
How to book
How to book one-off deep cleaning in the West Midlands
- Step 1
Send photographs of kitchen and bathrooms
Condition matters more than square footage on a deep clean, and photographs let us size the team correctly first time.
- Step 2
Agree a fixed price and a date
One price for the property, with any carpet extraction or heavy-grease uplift listed separately before you commit.
- Step 3
We work top-down in a team
Two to four cleaners run the property in a single day, dry surfaces first, floors and extraction last.
- Step 4
Walk it with us, then read the report
We hand over room by room and give you a photographed list of anything that needs a trade rather than a cleaner.

Radiator fins brushed and flushed of dust, skirting tops and edges washed, window reveals, sills and trickle vents cleared.
Inside cupboards and wardrobes
Emptied units vacuumed and wiped internally, including the dust ledge above kitchen wall units and the wardrobe rail.

Team completion in one day
Two to four cleaners working simultaneously so you are not living around a job that drags across a week.

Local knowledge that changes the job
Warehouse conversions and exposed surfaces
The Jewellery Quarter, Digbeth and the Fazeley Street canal-side conversions are full of exposed brick, mill timber, steel Crittall windows and open ductwork. Every one of those surfaces is damaged by wet cleaning — brick dust turns to slurry, steel frames rust-mark, and untreated timber lifts.
Deep cleans in those buildings run dry-first: soft brush and HEPA vacuum on brick and duct, dry microfibre on steel, and only the sealed surfaces get anything wet. It is slower, which is why we price conversions on inspection rather than by bedroom count alone.
Period stock in Moseley, Kings Heath and Bearwood
Victorian and Edwardian houses here hold their dust in places modern homes do not have: deep sash boxes, cast-iron radiator backs, picture rails, ceiling roses and original quarry or encaustic tiles in the hall.
Encaustic tile is the trap — it is porous and permanently dulled by bleach or strong alkaline product. We treat those floors with pH-neutral cleaner and a damp mop only, and we tell you honestly when a floor needs a specialist restorer rather than another clean.
New-build and drylined homes
Solihull, Dickens Heath, Longbridge and the Coventry fringe developments are drylined and painted in matt emulsion, which burnishes into a permanent shiny patch if scrubbed. Deep cleaning those homes means dry sponge on walls and pressure discipline everywhere.
They also concentrate dust in mechanical extract ducts and trickle vents that older houses vent naturally. Those get cleared as a standard item on any new-build deep clean, because it is usually the reason a two-year-old home feels dusty a week after cleaning.
Coventry, the Black Country and heavier soiling
Properties on the A4123 Birmingham New Road, the A45 through Coventry and the ring-road flats carry visible traffic film on internal sills and window reveals — a fine oily black dust that smears rather than lifts if you go straight in with a damp cloth.
Those jobs start with a dry pass to remove the loose particulate, then a degreasing pass, then a rinse. Coventry's no-fines concrete stock also runs cold at the wall line, so we check and report early mould bloom in corners and behind wardrobes as part of the same visit.

One-Off Deep Cleaning in the West Midlands — FAQs
Q1.What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a property; a deep clean resets it. Deep cleaning works top-down through the whole house including inside appliances and cupboards, behind furniture, radiator backs, skirtings, grout and extract vents — work that simply does not fit into a weekly visit.
Q2.How much does a deep clean cost?
From £180 for a one-bed flat, £240 for a two-bed, £320 for a three-bed house and £460 for a four to five bed. Heavy grease, post-illness cleans and warehouse conversions are quoted from photographs because they need extra hours.
Q3.How long does it take?
One day in almost every case. We send two to four cleaners working at once rather than one person over several days, so you get the property back in a single hit.
Q4.Do you move furniture?
We move what is safe for two people to shift — sofas, beds, freestanding appliances on runners. Fitted units, integrated appliances and anything with a plumbed or gas connection stay where they are, and we clean as far in as access allows.
Q5.Can you deep clean a Jewellery Quarter or Digbeth conversion?
Yes, and we price those separately. Exposed brick, mill timber and steel windows must be cleaned dry, which takes longer than an equivalent-sized conventional flat.
Q6.Will a deep clean remove mould?
Surface mould on tile, grout and painted plaster, yes. Mould that keeps returning is a ventilation or cold-bridging problem — common in older Coventry and Black Country stock — and we will report it rather than pretend a clean has solved it.
Q7.Is the oven included?
Yes on every deep clean, including the door glass separated and the shelves and runners dipped. Range cookers and American-style fridge freezers carry a small supplement.
Q8.Do you offer this for landlords mid-tenancy?
Frequently. A furnished property handed back between long tenancies usually needs a deep clean rather than an end of tenancy clean, because the scope is different and the furniture stays in place.
