What affects your price
Property size
Each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room is priced separately, so a bigger home costs more.
Condition
The booking form asks how clean the property is. Average, very dirty and hoarding conditions carry a set surcharge, shown in the rate card above.
Add-ons
Ovens, fridges, carpets, sofas, mattresses and windows are optional extras, each with its own price.
Weekend bookings
Saturday adds 10% and Sunday adds 15% to the price.
Parking
If parking at the property costs money, we ask you to cover it.
Admin fee
An 8% admin fee is added at checkout.
Cleaning price FAQs
How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
End of tenancy cleaning starts from £155. The price is built from your rooms — £25 per bedroom, £30 per bathroom and £55 for the kitchen — plus any add-ons you choose. An 8% admin fee is added at checkout.
How much is a deep clean?
A one-off deep clean starts from £180. Rooms are priced individually, for example £29 per bedroom and £52 for the kitchen, and you add only the extras you need. An 8% admin fee is added at checkout.
How much does carpet cleaning cost per room?
Machine carpet cleaning is £25 per area when added to an end of tenancy clean and £35 per area with a deep clean. A carpet and upholstery visit on its own has a minimum charge of £160.
Are there any extra fees?
An 8% admin fee is added at checkout. Saturday bookings add 10% and Sunday bookings add 15%. If parking at the property costs money, we ask you to cover it. Everything else is shown in your price before you book.
