2019
Sarbaz Hassan incorporates Hello Services Ltd in Brentford, west London, doing end of tenancy cleaning for letting agents across the capital. The founding idea is narrow: quote a fixed price, put it in writing, and don’t change it on the day.
2020
The pandemic reshapes how people book. Phone-and-diary scheduling is replaced with online booking, contactless handovers and remote key collection. The changes stick.
2022
Customers booking cleans keep asking for the neighbouring jobs — a van, a clearance, someone to put up a shelf. Moving, clearance and handyman divisions are added on the same fixed-price model.
2024
Coverage extends beyond London into the Midlands, the North West and Scotland, with local crews working to a single national standard and one published rate card.
Today

The honest version
Who turns up, and who they work for
It’s a fair question and we’d rather answer it here than have you guess. We use two kinds of crew, and you’re told which one is coming to you before you pay anything.
Directly employed
Our core cleaning teams are employed by Hello Services, work in our uniform, carry our equipment and are managed by our own supervisors. Most cleaning work in London and the major cities is staffed this way.
Contracted partner crews
Removals, clearance and some regional work is delivered by long-term partner crews we’ve worked with for years. They are not picked from an open marketplace and they don’t set their own prices. They pass the same vetting, carry the same insurance, work to the same checklists and are paid on our rate card — and we stay responsible for the job either way.

If a crew can’t be assigned to your postcode, we tell you before we take payment — not after.
What you’re promised
Fixed price, written down, before anyone starts
- The price is agreed before work begins.
- It changes only if you ask for extra work and agree the cost first. There is no hourly meter on fixed-price cleaning.
- 24-hour re-clean guarantee.
- If something on the checklist is missed, we come back and put it right at no charge. It’s written into every cleaning booking.
- Waste goes through licensed carriers.
- Every clearance is disposed of under waste carrier licence CBDU300454, with a transfer note available on request.

What happens when we get it wrong
We complete thousands of jobs a year and we don’t get all of them right. Here’s the process, with the timescales we hold ourselves to.
- 01
Tell the crew or call the office the same day. Most issues are fixed on a return visit within 24 hours.
- 02
If that doesn’t resolve it, email info@helloservices.co.uk with your booking reference and photos. A named member of the office team responds within one working day.
- 03
If you’re still not satisfied, ask for it to be escalated to a director. We’ll give you a written outcome within five working days.
