A typical one-off deep clean for a 1–2 bedroom home starts from £135 and includes all labour, eco-friendly products, equipment and standard areas like cupboards, appliances, skirting boards and floors. You are not charged by the hour, so the price does not change if the team needs extra time to finish the checklist.
Every fixed-price clean covers the agreed rooms and tasks, all cleaning materials and machines, a vetted DBS-checked cleaner, and our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. Add-ons such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning or appliance interiors are priced separately and shown before you confirm.
If you ask for additional rooms or tasks on arrival, the team will confirm a fixed price for the extra work before they begin. We never add a running hourly meter. The original quote stays the same unless both sides agree to the extra scope in writing.

Cleaning is fixed price per job. Removals and man-with-a-van work are priced hourly with a minimum, or as a fixed price after a survey. Handyman jobs are hourly with a one-hour minimum, and many common tasks are flat-priced. Clearance is priced by the van volume you actually fill.
