How does fixed-price cleaning work?
We agree the full price before we start. A typical one-off deep clean for a 1–2 bedroom home starts from £135 and includes all labour, eco-friendly products, equipment and standard areas like cupboards, appliances, skirting boards and floors. You are not charged by the hour, so the price does not change if the team needs extra time to finish the checklist.
What is included in the fixed-price clean?
Every fixed-price clean covers the agreed rooms and tasks, all cleaning materials and machines, a vetted DBS-checked cleaner, and our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. Add-ons such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning or appliance interiors are priced separately and shown before you confirm.
What happens if I need extra work on the day?
If you ask for additional rooms or tasks on arrival, the team will confirm a fixed price for the extra work before they begin. We never add a running hourly meter. The original quote stays the same unless both sides agree to the extra scope in writing.
What affects the final cleaning price?
The main factors are property size, number of rooms, condition, whether it is furnished or empty, and any add-ons like oven or carpet cleaning. Location and parking access can also affect the quote, but the price we confirm is the price you pay.
Do you cover my area?
Yes — we operate across all 200+ UK towns and cities, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Can I book same-day?
Often, yes — same-day availability is common for cleaning, rubbish removal and handyman work in major cities. Book online to see live slots.
Are your teams insured and vetted?
All cleaners, removals crew and handymen are background-checked, uniformed and covered by £1 million public liability insurance.
How do you price other jobs?
Cleaning is fixed price per job. Removals and man-with-a-van work are priced hourly with a minimum, or as a fixed price after a survey. Handyman jobs are hourly with a one-hour minimum, and many common tasks are flat-priced. Clearance is priced by the van volume you actually fill.
How do I pay?
Card online at booking, bank transfer or card on completion — whichever suits you. No cash needed and no deposit for standard bookings.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours a small admin fee applies to cover the reserved crew time.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes — if anything is missed we come back within 24 hours to put it right, free of charge. It's part of every booking in writing.
