Which cleaning service do I need when moving out?
Book an end of tenancy clean. Every room you book is cleaned to our end of tenancy checklist, including all inside windows. Carpet and oven cleaning can be added in the same booking.
What is the difference between a deep clean and regular cleaning?
A deep clean is a one-off, top-to-bottom clean of the rooms you book, using the same room checklist as our end of tenancy clean. Regular housekeeping is repeat weekly or fortnightly cleaning, quoted for your home.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave keys or arrange access and come back once the clean is finished.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. The team brings its own products and equipment, and they are included in the price.
What is the 72-hour re-clean guarantee?
If anything on the checklist has been missed, tell us within 72 hours and we come back to re-clean it at no extra cost.
How does pricing work?
You get a fixed price online based on the rooms and extras you choose, shown before you book. An 8% admin fee is added at checkout. Saturday adds 10% and Sunday adds 15% to the price. Housekeeping, office cleaning and jet washing are quoted per job.
Can I book a clean at the weekend?
Yes. You can choose a Saturday or Sunday in the booking form; Saturday adds 10% and Sunday adds 15% to the price.
