Every clearance load leaves with a digital waste transfer note, and specialist waste (asbestos, clinical or hazardous chemicals) is passed to a licensed handler rather than carried by our crews.
Who enters your home
Vetting
Cleaning teams are directly employed by Hello Services. Every cleaner completes an enhanced identity and right-to-work check, provides two contactable references, and holds a current basic DBS certificate before their first solo visit.
Removals, clearance and handyman work is delivered by long-term partner crews managed by Hello Services. Partners are contracted, not casual: we hold their insurance schedules, waste carrier registrations and vehicle documents on file, verify identity and references for each crew member, and re-check documents annually.

If something goes wrong
Complaints
- Email info@helloservices.co.uk with your booking reference and photos where relevant
- Call 020 3633 4555 between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week
- Reply to your booking confirmation on WhatsApp
- Acknowledgement
- We acknowledge every complaint within 1 working day.
- Written outcome
- We give a written outcome within 5 working days. If an investigation needs longer, we tell you why and give a date.
- Put right
- Quality issues raised within 24 hours of the job are put right at no extra cost — a re-clean for cleaning work, a return visit for handyman, moving and clearance work.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, ask for the case to be escalated to the founder, Sarbaz Hassan, at info@helloservices.co.uk. Escalated cases receive a final written response within 10 working days.
