Bed frames, divan bases, ottoman storage beds, bunk beds, sleepers and cots assembled by insured fitters who build beds every day. Fixed prices from £45 a bed, or £55 an hour for a second-hand frame that arrived without its instructions.
Every joint is torqued in sequence, the centre support seated on the floor, and the finished frame rocked deliberately before we leave — because a creaking bed is a build fault, not a bad bed. We also handle bed dismantling, stair carries and packaging removal, and hold same-day slots around a mattress delivery. Prices include VAT, the van, the tools and taking the flattened packaging away. Nothing is added on the day without your written agreement first.

We carry bolts, cams, barrel nuts, lock washers and common slat holders, so most short-shipped packs still finish the same visit. Missing or damaged manufacturer parts are photographed on the spot with the model and part number, so your replacement is ordered the same day rather than after a wasted evening.

Common questions
- How much does bed assembly cost?
- Per bed: from £45 for a single or double frame, £65 for a king, £85 for an ottoman storage bed, £95 for a bunk and £55 for a cot. Second-hand frames without instructions are £55 an hour with a one-hour minimum.
- How long does a bed take to assemble?
- About an hour for a single or double frame, eighty minutes for a king, two hours for an ottoman, and two to two and a half hours for a bunk or cabin bed once the safety checks are done.
- Can you come the same day my mattress is delivered?
- Yes. Tell us the delivery window and we hold a slot behind it for £35, so the bed is built and made up the same evening.
- Do you take the old bed apart and take it away?
- Yes. Disassembly is a fixed extra per bed with the fixings bagged and labelled, and removal is carried out under our waste carrier licence with a transfer note.
- Are bunk beds and cots checked against the safety standards?
- Every time. Bunks, mid sleepers and high sleepers are checked against BS EN 747 — guard-rail height above the mattress, gap sizes and ladder fixings — and cots against BS EN 716.
