Yes. If the agent or inventory clerk flags cleaning within 72 hours of the check-out inspection, we return and re-clean the flagged items free of charge. We ask for the report so the return visit is targeted.

Do you bring your own products and machines?

Always. Teams arrive with professional products, vacuums, steam and extraction equipment. If you have a preference — fragrance-free, pet-safe, eco-certified — say so at booking and we bring those instead.

Can you clean a flat with no lift or no parking?

Yes. Walk-ups are the London norm and there is no stairs surcharge. Where the kerb is permit-only or a red route, we buy a visitor permit or arrange a council dispensation and tell you at quote stage if that changes the price.

Do you clean offices and communal areas?

Yes — office contracts start at £26 an hour and communal block visits at £85, covering entrance glass, corridors, stairs, lift interiors and bin stores. Commercial work is quoted plus VAT at 20%.
