We clear the film and the dust as part of the standard clean, rather than treating it as a separate call-out — it's the single most common thing a new-build buyer doesn't expect to find at handover.
Flats in managed blocks across Canary Wharf, Nine Elms and Stratford often need a goods lift booked for the moving van on the same day, and the building may require the cleaning visit to happen inside a set access window. We coordinate both where the managing agent needs advance notice.
A property left empty between exchange and completion, common where a chain is involved, can pick up dust and, in older housing stock, damp smells from being unheated and unventilated. We can time a clean close to your actual move-in date rather than the completion date, so the property is at its cleanest when you actually arrive.
