Prices include VAT with a £95 minimum charge per visit. Properties are cleaned empty wherever possible — furniture in situ takes longer and is quoted on survey. Completion-day bookings are held to the timescale conveyancers actually work to, not a fixed calendar slot.
Working in Haringey
Haringey is built from bay-fronted victorian terraces and conversions, edwardian villas in muswell hill and big estates at broadwater farm, and the mix changes street by street — Crouch End (N8), Harringay (N4) and Highgate (N6) each behave differently on the day.
Parking is the job before the job here: hill streets in crouch end and highgate are steep and narrow; match-day restrictions apply around tottenham. Locally that means steep hills, very narrow streets around the broadway and permit bays all week and the ladder streets are narrow and fully permit-controlled; green lanes has short loading bays.
