All prices are in GBP and are the price you pay. Domestic end-of-tenancy cleaning is supplied VAT-free where the cleaner is self-employed; landlord and letting-agent contracts invoiced through the company are quoted plus VAT at 20%.

Hot-water extraction with pre-spray, traffic-lane and pet treatment; the receipt agents ask for.

Upholstery cleaning — £75 3-seat sofa

Extraction clean with fabric test patch and deodoriser; armchairs from £35.

Exterior window cleaning — £60 per property

Reach-and-wash glass, frames and sills to third floor. Above that needs access equipment.

Balcony or patio clean — £45 per balcony

Decking or tile wash-down, railings, glass balustrade and drain clear.

Double oven or range — £35 per appliance

Range cookers, double ovens and Agas need extra dip time and a second technician pass.

Fridge-freezer defrost — £25 per appliance

Defrost, drawer and seal clean, drip-tray flush. Turn it off 24 hours before if you can.

Heavy limescale treatment — £30 per bathroom

Extended acid-safe descaler contact time on screens, taps, tiles and toilet — London water is hard everywhere.

Mattress clean — £40 per mattress

Extraction clean and sanitising both sides; often requested for furnished lets.

Garage, loft or store — £55 per space

Sweep-out, cobwebs, shelving wipe-down. Waste removal is quoted separately.

  • Repainting, filling holes or making good damage
  • Loft, cellar or garage contents unless booked as an add-on
  • Communal hallways, stairs and bin stores outside your demise
  • Curtain and blind laundering (blinds are dusted, not washed)
