£135 for a 1–2 bedroom home and £225 for a 3–4 bedroom home — the figures on our national rate card at /prices. The price is fixed against property size, and it already includes parking, permits, ULEZ, the Congestion Charge where it applies, all products and all equipment.
The oven interior, racks and door glass, the hob, the extractor canopy and its filters, the tops of wall units, inside every cupboard and drawer, fridge and freezer interiors, appliance seals and filters, full limescale removal, steamed grout, radiator backs, light fittings and cornices, skirtings, sockets, switches, door frames, window tracks and behind furniture — then floors last.
Three to four hours for a studio with one cleaner, five to seven for a 2-bed with two cleaners, and eight to ten for a 4-bed with two or three. Condition matters more than size: a neglected 1-bed can take longer than a well-kept 3-bed.

Every cleaner is identity-checked, reference-checked and DBS-screened, and we carry £1m public liability plus treatment risk cover. Certificates are available on request before the visit.
