Domestic prices are the total you pay. Landlord and letting-agent invoices are quoted plus VAT at 20%. Rubbish is priced by volume in the van, not by weight or by the hour, and the figure is confirmed before the crew is booked. Where a permit, bay suspension, ULEZ or the Congestion Charge applies it is itemised in the written quote.
