Domestic prices are the total you pay; landlord, agent and office invoices are plus VAT. Dismantling in the room is included — we do not charge extra because a wardrobe will not fit through the door assembled.
Working in City of London
The stock in City of London is barbican and golden lane flats, converted counting houses and a handful of new riverside blocks, and the mix changes street by street — Aldgate (EC3), Bank and Cornhill (EC3) and Barbican (EC2) each behave differently on the day.
City of London Corporation sets the constraint: congestion charge and ulez, ring-of-steel camera controls, almost no free kerb — loading bays must be booked around office hours. Locally that means aldgate gyratory red routes, tower-block concierge sign-in and lift booking and bank junction is closed to most traffic on weekdays — early-morning or weekend access only. Part of City of London sits inside the Congestion Charge zone, so the charge is quoted as its own line rather than hidden in the labour rate.
City of London Corporation runs bulky-waste collections and reuse and recycling centres, and they are a genuine option in City of London for one or two items. Where they stop being useful is size limits, same-week deadlines and anything lifted out of a communal area — those are the loads we take, under our waste carrier licence and with a transfer note issued on the day.
City of London took its present shape because roman londinium's walled city, rebuilt after the 1666 fire and again after the blitz, now layered with towers around bishopsgate.

Certificates go out with the booking confirmation, which is what City of London Corporation tenancies and most local managing agents ask for.
