Domestic prices are the total you pay; landlord and agent invoices are plus VAT. Green waste is separated and composted where the load allows, and mixed loads are priced on the heavier stream rather than averaged.

What our crews walk into in City of London is barbican and golden lane flats, converted counting houses and a handful of new riverside blocks, and the mix changes street by street — Aldgate (EC3), Bank and Cornhill (EC3) and Barbican (EC2) each behave differently on the day.

Where they stop being useful is size limits, same-week deadlines and anything lifted out of a communal area — those are the loads we take, under our waste carrier licence and with a transfer note issued on the day.
