Domestic prices are the total you pay. Landlord and commercial invoices are quoted plus VAT at 20%. Where a permit, bay suspension, ULEZ or Congestion Charge applies it is itemised in the written quote before the crew is booked, never added afterwards.
Working in City of London
City of London is built from barbican and golden lane flats, converted counting houses and a handful of new riverside blocks, and the mix changes street by street — Aldgate (EC3), Bank and Cornhill (EC3) and Barbican (EC2) each behave differently on the day.
