Prices are labour to build the kit you supply, on a base that is level and ready. Roofing felt, fixings and standard anchor kits are included; a bespoke concrete base is quoted separately by the m². We flag before booking where a build looks close to the 2.5m eaves height or 50%-of-garden permitted development limits so you can check before ordering. What our crews walk into in City of London is barbican and golden lane flats, converted counting houses and a handful of new riverside blocks, and the mix changes street by street — Aldgate (EC3), Bank and Cornhill (EC3) and Barbican (EC2) each behave differently on the day.

Most garden sheds fall under permitted development if they sit under 2.5m at the eaves within 2m of a boundary and the total of all outbuildings stays under 50% of the garden — we flag it if a build looks close to either limit rather than assume it is fine. Certificates go out with the booking confirmation, which is what City of London Corporation tenancies and most local managing agents ask for.
