Domestic prices are the total you pay; landlord, agent and office invoices are plus VAT. Dismantling in the room is included — we do not charge extra because a wardrobe will not fit through the door assembled.
Working in Southwark
Southwark is built from riverside warehouse conversions, huge estates like the aylesbury, victorian terraces and dulwich's detached villas, and the mix changes street by street — Bermondsey (SE16), Camberwell (SE5) and Canada Water (SE16) each behave differently on the day.
Parking is the job before the job here: riverside loading restrictions, red routes on the new kent road and cpzs from se1 to peckham. Locally that means railway-arch loading limits, tight factory-yard entrances and permit bays and hospital-area restrictions, narrow georgian streets and steep front steps.
