Domestic prices are the total you pay; landlord, agent and office invoices are plus VAT. Dismantling in the room is included — we do not charge extra because a wardrobe will not fit through the door assembled.

Parking is the job before the job here: extensive low-traffic neighbourhoods with modal filters, seven-day cpzs and narrow one-way terraces. Locally that means narrow terraced streets, permit bays and marsh-side roads that flood after heavy rain and kingsland road red route, market-day congestion and narrow permit-only side streets. Hackney sits outside the Congestion Charge zone, so only ULEZ applies to the van and the quote is that much simpler.
