Domestic prices are the total you pay. Commercial and landlord invoices are quoted plus VAT at 20%. ULEZ, the Congestion Charge where it applies, permits and bay suspensions are itemised in the written quote, never added afterwards.
Working in London

Yes, and we will flag anything that looks unsafe — frayed cables, worn bushings, missing safety pins — with photographs. We would rather have that conversation before a rack is loaded than after.
Cardboard and polystyrene are flattened and taken with us on request. Home gym boxes are large enough to fill a communal bin store on their own, which in most London blocks results in a charge back to the leaseholder.
Where the manufacturer specifies it and the wall will take it, yes. We check what the wall is made of first — a dot-and-dab plasterboard wall will not hold a rack tie no matter what fixing goes in it, and we will say so rather than drill anyway.
