Prices cover assembly, positioning and a safety check. Floor protection mats can be supplied at cost. We do not remove or re-hang doors as part of the price; if a box will not fit through, we will say so at quote stage. Permits, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge where they apply are itemised.
Working in Newham
Newham is built from terraced two-beds, tower blocks, and thousands of new apartments in e20 and the royal docks, and the mix changes street by street — Beckton (E6), Canning Town (E16) and Custom House (E16) each behave differently on the day.
On the ground, new-build blocks require booked service lifts and loading bays; terraced streets around east ham are permit-only and tight. Locally that means wide estate roads and off-street parking — among the easiest access in east london and a13 and lower lea crossing red routes; new blocks require booked docks and lifts.
