Do you take furniture apart as well as build it?
Yes — dismantling is priced the same way as assembly, per item or by the half/full day, and is a large part of our Berkshire bookings around tenancy changeovers.
How much does a PAX wardrobe cost to assemble?
A two or three-door PAX has its own published figure and typically takes two and a half to four hours including anchoring and door alignment.
Do you fix wardrobes to the wall?
Always, where the manufacturer requires it. That is a safety requirement, and we carry the correct anchors for the plasterboard, block, brick and timber-frame walls found across Berkshire's different housing eras.
Is it cheaper to book by item or by the hour?
One or two items: per item. Three or more: almost always the half or full day rate. Send your list and we will tell you which is cheaper.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
We identify the part number, tell you exactly what is needed, and complete everything else. A return visit to fit the missing part is arranged at a reduced rate once your replacement arrives.
