Prices are for the total volume cleared, agreed before we start. Landlord, executor and letting-agent invoices are issued plus VAT at 20% with the waste transfer note attached. Permits, bay suspensions, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge, where they apply, appear as separate lines in the quote.

Greenwich is built from georgian terraces in west greenwich, 1930s eltham semis, woolwich estates and peninsula high-rise, and the mix changes street by street — Abbey Wood (SE2), Blackheath (SE3) and Charlton (SE7) each behave differently on the day.
On the ground, cobbled and one-way streets in the world heritage core, blackwall tunnel approach red routes, and tower-block lift booking on the peninsula. Locally that means steep streets towards the abbey, wide estate roads and new blocks with booked lifts and conservation-area restrictions, narrow village streets and listed staircases. Greenwich sits outside the Congestion Charge zone, so only ULEZ applies to the van and the quote is that much simpler.
