Dip-tank oven cleaning, no caustic fumes
Single ovens, double ovens, range cookers and AGAs stripped, degreased and rebuilt in Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Wigan and every borough between. Racks and trays soak in a heated tank in the van, so your kitchen stays clear and the oven is safe to use as soon as we have tested it.
Most of the carbon in a domestic oven is not on the cavity walls. It is baked onto the racks, the trays, the fan cover and the inner face of the door glass — the four parts a spray-and-wipe never reaches. Our technicians remove those parts, soak them in a heated, non-caustic tank inside the van, and hand-detail the cavity while they are soaking.
The door is split where the hinge design allows so the sandwiched glass is cleaned on both faces, the seal is checked for splits, and the appliance is rebuilt and function-tested before we leave. Nothing corrosive touches enamel or pyrolytic liners, so there is no chemical smell around food and the oven can be used within the hour.

Prices include the dip tank, all products, protective floor sheeting and the rebuild. AGAs and five-cavity ranges are quoted on the make and model rather than guessed at.
The oven is the single most disputed item on a Manchester student check-out. We time slots around late-June and early-July hand-backs in Fallowfield, Withington and Rusholme, and photograph the finished cavity and glass so the agent has evidence with the inventory report.
New-build flats around Ancoats, Deansgate and Salford Quays almost always run integrated ovens behind a housing panel. Removing and refitting that panel is part of the job, not a surcharge, and we sheet the floor because there is rarely anywhere to stage parts in a galley kitchen.
Water hardness rises noticeably towards Oldham, Rochdale and the Saddleworth villages, and it shows as chalky film on door glass and steam-function trays. Descaling those surfaces is built into the visit rather than billed as an extra.
