Single ovens, double ovens, range cookers and AGAs stripped, degreased and rebuilt in Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Wigan and every borough between. Racks and trays soak in a heated tank in the van, so your kitchen stays clear and the oven is safe to use as soon as we have tested it.
Door glass split and cleaned on both faces where the hinge design allows — the single biggest visible difference on a check-out clean.
Why a dip-tank oven clean beats an hour with a supermarket spray
Most of the carbon in a domestic oven is not on the cavity walls. It is baked onto the racks, the trays, the fan cover and the inner face of the door glass — the four parts a spray-and-wipe never reaches. Our technicians remove those parts, soak them in a heated, non-caustic tank inside the van, and hand-detail the cavity while they are soaking.
The door is split where the hinge design allows so the sandwiched glass is cleaned on both faces, the seal is checked for splits, and the appliance is rebuilt and function-tested before we leave. Nothing corrosive touches enamel or pyrolytic liners, so there is no chemical smell around food and the oven can be used within the hour.

How a oven clean works
Step 1
Tell us the oven
Single, double, range or AGA, and whether it is built-in or freestanding — that sets the price honestly, up front.
Step 2
Strip and soak
Racks, trays and the fan cover come out and go into the heated tank in the van.
Step 3
Detail the cavity
Non-caustic gel, hand agitation, then the door glass split and cleaned both faces.
Step 4
Rebuild and test
Everything refitted, elements and fan tested, and photographed if you need it for an inventory.
A single oven usually takes 90 minutes to two hours; a double oven or range cooker two and a half to four.

Your oven clean checklist
Before we arrive
✓Let the oven cool completely — we cannot dismantle a warm appliance
✓Clear the worktop beside the oven for tools and racks
✓Tell us the make and model of any range cooker or AGA
✓Say if the oven is pyrolytic or has a self-cleaning liner
Access in Greater Manchester
✓Confirm van parking within about 30 metres — the dip tank stays in the van
✓Flag permit zones in Didsbury, Chorlton, Sale and the city centre
✓Tell us about lift access for apartments at Salford Quays or Ancoats
Keeping it clean
✓Wipe spills while the oven is warm, never hot
✓Line the base with a loose oven liner, not foil on the element
✓Book a refresh every nine to twelve months on a family oven

Student and HMO check-outs across Fallowfield and Withington
The oven is the single most disputed item on a Manchester student check-out. We time slots around late-June and early-July hand-backs in Fallowfield, Withington and Rusholme, and photograph the finished cavity and glass so the agent has evidence with the inventory report.
Integrated ovens in city-centre and Quays apartments
New-build flats around Ancoats, Deansgate and Salford Quays almost always run integrated ovens behind a housing panel. Removing and refitting that panel is part of the job, not a surcharge, and we sheet the floor because there is rarely anywhere to stage parts in a galley kitchen.
Hard-water scale on Pennine-fringe ovens
Water hardness rises noticeably towards Oldham, Rochdale and the Saddleworth villages, and it shows as chalky film on door glass and steam-function trays. Descaling those surfaces is built into the visit rather than billed as an extra.
Where we cover
Crews run daily across 10 metropolitan boroughs and 83 outward postcode districts, from Wigan and Leigh in the west to Mossley and Uppermill on the Pennine fringe.
A single oven starts at £65 and a double oven or range at £95. Adding the hob and extractor to the same visit is from £35. The quote is fixed on the appliance you tell us about, not adjusted on the doorstep.
Do you use caustic soda?
No. We use non-caustic, fume-free gels and a heated dip tank. There is no lingering chemical smell around food, and the oven is safe to use as soon as we have rebuilt and tested it.
Will you take the oven door apart?
Where the hinge and glass design allows, yes. Splitting the door is the only way to clean the inner faces of double- or triple-glazed panels. On sealed units we clean everything accessible and tell you why the door cannot be split.
Can you clean an AGA or a five-burner range?
Yes, but they are quoted individually because they hold far more cast parts and take longer. Send the make, model and number of cavities and you get a real price rather than an estimate that changes on arrival.
How long does it take?
Ninety minutes to two hours for a single oven, two and a half to four hours for a double oven or range. Adding a hob and extractor typically adds forty-five minutes.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and lock up. Landlords and agents across Greater Manchester regularly leave a key with us for the visit and receive photographs of the finished appliance the same day.
Can you do it as part of an end of tenancy clean?
Yes — most check-out bookings include it. If you already have a tenancy clean booked, add the oven to that visit rather than paying two call-outs.
Which Greater Manchester areas do you cover?
All 115 areas across the ten boroughs, from Wigan and Leigh in the west to Mossley and Uppermill in the east. Each area page below lists the postcodes and parking notes for that neighbourhood.
