A full van is roughly 12 cubic yards, or about 16 standard bin bags plus furniture. Photos are enough for us to price it.
Soil, rubble and tiles are charged by weight rather than volume — tips price them that way and we pass it on at cost.
A loft, a third-floor flat or a long garden carry adds labour. Kerbside piles are the cheapest way to buy clearance.
Fridges, freezers and mattresses carry a per-item WEEE or disposal fee from £45. Hazardous waste is sub-contracted to a licensed handler.
