  • Can you move us over a weekend?

    Yes, and that is how most Essex office moves run. Friday evening through Sunday is the common pattern, so staff arrive Monday to working desks. Weekend working is priced in the quote, not added as an emergency surcharge.

  • Do you provide crates?

    Yes — numbered, lidded crates delivered ahead of the move and collected once you have unpacked. Crate hire is a separate itemised line so you can see exactly what it costs.

  • Will you disconnect and reconnect IT?

    We decommission and recommission desk-level equipment: screens, docks, peripherals and cabling, placed and reconnected by desk plan. Server and network infrastructure is coordinated with your IT provider rather than handled blind.

  • Can you clear our old furniture and IT?

    Yes, under our upper-tier waste carrier licence CBDU300454 with a transfer note, and with WEEE-compliant routes for electronic equipment. Usable furniture is offered to reuse channels first where you are happy for us to do that.

  • What insurance and paperwork do you provide?

    £1m public liability cover, goods in transit cover, a site-specific risk assessment and method statement, and certificates supplied in advance for your building manager's file.
