Domestic prices are the total you pay; landlord, agent and commercial invoices are plus VAT at 20%. Dismantling, the carry through the property, licensed disposal and the transfer note are included. Where a bay suspension, permit, ULEZ or the Congestion Charge applies it is itemised in the written quote.
Working in Croydon
Croydon is built from 1930s semis, victorian terraces in thornton heath, tower blocks and converted office buildings in the centre, and the mix changes street by street — Addiscombe (CR0), Coulsdon (CR5) and Croydon (CR0) each behave differently on the day.
London Borough of Croydon sets the constraint: tram-track loading limits in the centre, steep purley hills and wide suburban roads with driveways elsewhere. Locally that means tram-line crossings, narrow terraced streets and permit bays near the tram stops and steep downland roads, easy driveway parking and a narrow high street.
