Prices are labour to build the kit you supply, on a base that is level and ready. Roofing felt, fixings and standard anchor kits are included; a bespoke concrete base is quoted separately by the m². We flag before booking where a build looks close to the 2.5m eaves height or 50%-of-garden permitted development limits so you can check before ordering. Permits, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge where they apply are itemised.
Working in Croydon

Locally that means tram-line crossings, narrow terraced streets and permit bays near the tram stops and steep downland roads, easy driveway parking and a narrow high street. Croydon sits outside the Congestion Charge zone, so only ULEZ applies to the van and the quote is that much simpler.

Where there is no lift, the crew size is set by the floor level at quote stage, so a third-floor walk-up is priced as a third-floor walk-up rather than re-quoted on the doorstep.
Fitters carry £5m public liability cover. Most garden sheds fall under permitted development if they sit under 2.5m at the eaves within 2m of a boundary and the total of all outbuildings stays under 50% of the garden — we flag it if a build looks close to either limit rather than assume it is fine. Certificates go out with the booking confirmation, which is what London Borough of Croydon tenancies and most local managing agents ask for.
