Prices are labour to build the kit you supply, on a base that is level and ready. Roofing felt, fixings and standard anchor kits are included; a bespoke concrete base is quoted separately by the m². We flag before booking where a build looks close to the 2.5m eaves height or 50%-of-garden permitted development limits so you can check before ordering.
