Prices are for the total volume cleared, agreed before we start. Landlord, executor and letting-agent invoices are issued plus VAT at 20% with the waste transfer note attached. Permits, bay suspensions, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge, where they apply, appear as separate lines in the quote.
Working in Westminster
Westminster is built from grade-listed stucco terraces, mansion blocks, peabody estates and prime new-build around victoria, and the mix changes street by street — Belgravia (SW1), Covent Garden (WC2) and Fitzrovia (W1) each behave differently on the day.
