Warehouse clearance is quoted plus VAT at 20%. Racking rates assume standard boltless racking with aisle access; anything over six metres or bolted to a mezzanine is surveyed first. Transfer notes, segregation and gate fees are included; estate access charges and permits are itemised.
Working in Greenwich
Greenwich is built from georgian terraces in west greenwich, 1930s eltham semis, woolwich estates and peninsula high-rise, and the mix changes street by street — Abbey Wood (SE2), Blackheath (SE3) and Charlton (SE7) each behave differently on the day.
