All commercial site prices are quoted plus VAT at 20%. Waste transfer notes, segregation and tip gate fees are included. ULEZ, the Congestion Charge where it applies, permits and bay suspensions are itemised on the quote before a vehicle is booked, never added afterwards.

Clean rubble is cheap by weight and expensive by volume; plasterboard has to be kept separate by law; and waste that has to be barrowed from a third floor to a restricted frontage costs more in labour than it does at the tip gate.
