Domestic prices are the total you pay; builder, contractor and landlord invoices are plus VAT at 20%. Loading from inside the property, dismantling and the waste transfer note are included. Where a bay suspension, skip-alternative permit, ULEZ or the Congestion Charge applies it is itemised in the written quote.
Working in Kensington and Chelsea
Kensington and Chelsea is built from stucco-fronted terraces, mansion flats, mews houses and the lancaster west and world's end estates, and the mix changes street by street — Bayswater (W2), Chelsea (SW3) and Earl's Court (SW5) each behave differently on the day.
