Can you jet wash a property in the Windsor or Hungerford conservation areas?
Yes, but with a soft wash rather than high pressure. Historic render and soft brick are damaged by driveway-strength pressure, so we use a chemical treatment with a dwell time and a low-pressure rinse.
Will jet washing damage my block paving?
Not with the right head and pressure — but it always removes the jointing sand, which is why re-sanding is part of our price. Paving washed and left unsanded starts to rock and spread within a season.
How long before the green comes back on a shaded patio?
In a sunny, well-drained driveway, typically two to three years. Under trees in a damp, clay-soil garden around Newbury or Wokingham, it can be closer to one. Sealing extends it; nothing prevents it permanently.
Do you need my water and electricity?
An outside tap and a socket are ideal. Where there is none, we bring our own supply, which we confirm before booking rather than on the day.
Do you clean decking?
Yes, timber and composite, cleaned with the grain at reduced pressure. Old or split timber is assessed first, since a wash can raise the grain on badly weathered boards.
Can you clean render without stripping the finish?
Yes — render always gets a soft wash with a chemical treatment and a low-pressure rinse from us, never full pressure, because pressure strips render and forces water into the substrate.
