End of Tenancy Cleaning across Berkshire

Berkshire's rental turnover is concentrated: Reading's Victorian terraces and purpose-built blocks around the station, and the Slough and Bracknell flats that house the M4 corridor's commuting workforce, all change hands hardest at the end of the university and financial year.

Why Berkshire customers book us

Checked against the inventory clerk's report

We work to the check-in standard, not a general tidy, so the property is defensible against the specific report your agent will re-inspect.

72-hour re-clean guarantee

If the agent lists an issue inside our scope within 72 hours, we go back and put it right at no charge — it is part of the fixed price.

Oven and appliance strip included

Oven, hob and extractor filter are stripped and degreased as standard, not quoted as a surprise add-on once we are already on site.

Access and parking sorted in advance

Advantage Card requirements in RBWM, van permits in Slough and Bracknell New Town cul-de-sac layouts are all confirmed before the crew is booked.

How booking works

  1. 1

Tell us the property and the move-out date

Bedroom count, furnished or empty, and which of the six Berkshire councils' area it sits in, so we know the access rules before the day.

  2. 2

    Fixed price confirmed

One of the three tiers above, agreed before booking, with any oven condition or carpet stain flagged rather than found on the day.

  3. 3

    Cleaned to the check-in standard

The crew works the inventory list room by room, and the 72-hour guarantee covers anything the agent flags afterwards inside scope.

Towns we cover in Berkshire

Same fixed prices countywide. Towns with their own end of tenancy cleaning page link straight to it; the rest link to the town hub, where every division we run is listed.

End of Tenancy Cleaning in Berkshire

Berkshire's six unitary councils — Reading, Slough, Bracknell Forest, West Berkshire, Windsor & Maidenhead and Wokingham — each run their own tenancy calendar and their own access rules, and an end of tenancy clean has to work around both. Reading's dense Victorian terraces in Tilehurst, Whitley and Katesgrove turn over hardest around the university year; the Slough and Bracknell flats along the M4 corridor turn over on standard financial-year notice; and RBWM lets around Maidenhead and Windsor often carry an Advantage Card parking requirement that has to be arranged before the van arrives, not discovered on the doorstep.

The work itself does not change with the postcode, but the day does. A Reading job books a residents' permit or waits for a loading bay; a Bracknell New Town flat with a cul-de-sac layout is usually straightforward for parking but tight on stairwell access; a Windsor conservation-area let can mean restricted vehicle hours near the town centre on event days. We ask about the address specifically at booking so the crew turns up already knowing which of those applies, rather than losing the first hour of a fixed-price job working it out.

Berkshire questions

End of Tenancy Cleaning in Berkshire — your questions.

  • Will this clean pass a Reading or Slough letting agent's check-out inspection?

It is measured against the same inventory report the agent re-inspects against. If they list an issue inside our scope within 72 hours, we return and fix it at no charge.

  • Do you need a parking permit for Windsor or Maidenhead addresses?

Often, yes — RBWM operates its own visitor and Advantage Card scheme. We confirm what the address needs when you book so the crew is not stuck outside on the day.

  • Can you clean a furnished flat in a Slough or Bracknell block?

Yes, though furnished lets take longer because everything has to be moved and put back rather than cleaned in place, and we say so on the quote.

  • What if the oven has not been cleaned in years?

A heavily neglected oven takes a second pass, which we quote before booking, never as a surprise once we are already in the kitchen.

  • Does the property need to be empty?

Empty is best and is how the fixed price is set. We can work around remaining furniture, but areas underneath it cannot be signed off, so tell us in advance.
