Contracted office, retail and clinic cleaning across Greater London, delivered by named, DBS-checked operatives against a written scope rather than a vague 'as required' line. London pricing

London commercial cleaning prices.

Frequency, headcount and hours drive the price, not floor area alone. Out-of-hours access and a single-visit week cost more per hour than a five-day contract, because the cost of getting an operative into a building safely doesn't shrink with the job.

Working in London

Getting a cleaning contractor into a London building.

The clean is the easy part. Getting access, keeping the right documents current and handling trade waste correctly are what a London commercial contract actually turns on.

Managing agents and access documents

Managed office buildings across the City, Canary Wharf and the West End almost universally require a RAMS pack, £10m public liability and DBS-checked operatives before fobs or out-of-hours access are issued. We supply all three at mobilisation, not partway through the contract.

Where a building operates a formal contractor induction — common in larger Canary Wharf and City towers — we book that as part of the mobilisation timeline rather than treating it as a delay.

Trade waste and duty of care

Commercial premises generate trade waste, and the local authority enforces the duty of care on the occupier, not the cleaning contractor, if the paperwork isn't right. Our contract cleans include the waste stream — bagged, transferred and evidenced — so your compliance file stands up to a check.

ULEZ, Congestion Charge and out-of-hours travel

ULEZ covers all 33 boroughs and the Congestion Charge applies in 8 of them. Both are inside the rate, whether the visit is a 6am pre-open clean or a late Friday evening deep clean — nothing is added after the fact.

Retail units and out-of-hours restrictions

Some London high streets and shopping centres restrict service vehicle access to set delivery windows, and several retail landlords require an out-of-hours access agreement before a contractor can hold keys or an alarm code.

We handle that agreement as part of onboarding, so it doesn't sit as an open item once the contract has started.

How it works

Three steps and a written price.

Booking commercial cleaning in london takes three steps — you get a fixed written figure before anyone is sent, and the price on the page is the price on the invoice.
  1. 1

Tell us the postcode and the job

Send photographs or a short video with your London postcode. It takes a couple of minutes and there is nothing to pay to ask.

  2. 2

    Get a fixed written price

We come back with one figure for commercial cleaning in london — ULEZ, the Congestion Charge and disposal or materials already inside it, with any council permit shown at cost.

  3. 3

Book the slot that suits you

Pick a morning or afternoon window, including evenings and weekends. You get a named team, a text before arrival and paperwork on completion.

London questions

London commercial cleaning questions.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

  • How much does commercial cleaning cost in London?

Office cleaning is £22 per operative hour with a two-hour minimum. A small office up to 10 desks is from £55 per visit. Retail units are from £65 per visit for a daily pre-open clean, and periodic deep cleans are quoted per square foot from £0.35.

  • Do you tie us into a long contract?

No. Contracts run rolling monthly with 30 days' notice on either side. We don't use 12-month or multi-year tie-ins.

  • Are your operatives vetted for managed office buildings?

Yes. Every operative is DBS-checked, and we hold £10m public liability and employer's liability. We send the RAMS pack, COSHH file and insurance certificates at mobilisation, ahead of the first visit, which is what most managed buildings ask for before issuing access.

  • Can you clean outside business hours?

Yes — nights, weekends and bank holidays are common for offices and mandatory for most retail pre-open cleans. Out-of-hours work carries a 15% premium, shown as its own line rather than folded into the base rate.

  • What happens to our office waste?

It's bagged, segregated and transferred under our waste carrier registration, with evidence kept for your duty-of-care file — the document a local authority can ask an occupier for if waste is ever traced to a badly disposed load.

  • Can you cover sickness or holiday for our regular cleaner?

Yes. We keep a mobile cover team specifically for that, so a contract doesn't lapse because one operative is off.
