Friendly, professional, value for money, effective (I got 100% of my deposit back!)

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning from Hello Services, the cleaner who came by was friendly and gave the flat a good cleaning - but then the renting agency pointed out some areas that didn't meet their criteria. I got in touch with Hello Services again, they gave some explanations (Covid-19 restrictions etc.), but then efficiently sent the cleaner back to rework on the flat, the renting agency was happy with the result in the end. These cleaning jobs aren't rocket science and sometimes different people may have different standards (which they may not communicate clearly enough!!), what you need is a company that is helpful and responsive and has the goodwill to deliver satisfactory services to the clients. Good communication from the head cleaner Tina and she and her team completed the job quicker than anticipated, with no effect on the overall result (my check-out inspection passed!). Very happy with the all-round service.

I booked a one off deep clean (kind of like a end of tenancy)plus sofa ,rug and oven. Incredible fast and thorough service. Very competent and extremely happy with results. Will be booking a monthly domestic clean going forward as worth every penny. 2 bed flat took 4 hours which included a deep large corner sofa clean , oven and all windows

An end of tenancy clean was required for our property. Anna called a few days before the visit to check the details to ensure she had the right tools with her for the job. Anna arrived at our property on time and post a quick tour started the work. Anna showed us each room to ensure we were satisfied with the work and where there were marks/stains that couldn’t be removed she was able to demonstrate that they were from wear and tear etc. Anna also polished all the woodwork within the house on the floors and cupboards really well. Would recommend Anna and team to family and friends.

Nicole & Marius were brilliant! They arrived in a timely manner and promptly got to work. They checked in with me on things they were worried wouldn’t come clean (stains that had been there since before move in, so I wasn’t worried). They also were very good when we had a hiccup with the landlord sending builders over during the clean. They were in communication at all times, and sent photographs following the clean, knowing the builders would be back after they finished. All in all, I have only good things to say about them.

I had Nicole and Marius do an end of tenancy clean and the service was fantastic, the flat was sparkling clean and they were friendly and polite.

I am very very very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning Nicole and Marius have carried out. They covered all the areas of the detailed End Of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist and went far and beyond by diminishing all the dirt and grime in all areas of all rooms making sure that all the surfaces were dusted, wiped and polished down. I was also very pleased with the cleaning of the bathroom which they scrubbed and sanitised throughout. The carpets, doors, frames, skirting boards, windows and sills were also cleaned to a very good standard including the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards and drawers that had a lot of stickiness were deep cleaned inside and out, also to an excellent standard leaving no stickiness, whilst all the kitchen appliances were deep cleaned covering the fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven and the extractor over the cooker. They also pulled out the oven and cleaned down the sides of the cupboards surrounding the oven and cleaned the ovens outer sides giving it a sparkling facelift. I have used other end of tenancy cleaning companies previously before, but "hand on heart” these are the most honest, reliable and professional cleaners I have ever come across including reasonably priced. I had spent a few weeks searching online for a reliable end-of-tenancy cleaning team, having had some bad experiences in the past. I was very happy to find and choose Hello Services! A team of three cleaners were able to accommodate all services I was looking for (including deep cleaning of carpet and cleaning of the balcony) and were quick to answer any questions I had. The cleaning quality was of a very high standard and when my landlord requested additional touch ups the team was very helpful in resolving them under their 3-day guarantee. Overall Hello Services did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results – thank you! ❤️

Got really upset when you cancelled my move on a really short notice and I ended up paying more than my quote for a 1 day delay, which wasn't my fault. I'm glad that my landlord accept this and I had a place to stay. However the driver was absolutely amazing, really nice and polite. And the agent was also really helpfull trying to arrange another driver.

Best servicer ever! These guys know what they are doing, well experienced in this field. My deposit was at stake but with the great service performed I got all my deposit back!!! I will fully recommend them to anyone seeking a great service for a professional deep clean. Not only do they clean but the cleaners also advise on how to treat mould from resurfacing as well as take you through the clean to ensure you are happy with everything. Will use again.

I hired Hello Services to conduct an end of tenancy clean before I moved into my new home. Throughout the quote and finalising of services, the customer services team were extremely helpful even when I needed to move the cleaning twice. The cleaning team (Nicole and Marius) were just as phenomenal. When walking through the house they noticed some areas weren’t on the list to clean but were willing to add it to the list. The house was spotless when they were done - all dust removed, carpets deep cleaned, spiders and spiderwebs gone, and all appliances thoroughly cleaned. They made sure everything was clean, including under beds and sofas, and that we were happy with the clean before they left. I was very happy!

Our landlord was really happy with the job and the staff that did the job were really friendly and professional. They kept us updated and stayed with us whilst we had a look to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Very pleased with the work done by the two men that came (sorry I didn’t get their names). When they were running late due to bad traffic in the M25 they called to advise me. Once they arrived they started work immediately on an end of tenancy clean of my 2 bed flat. I didn’t stay and they left the keys as agreed after they had finished, and called me to say they’d finished. When I visited a few days later, I was very pleased with the standard of work and the cleanliness of the flat. The oven was spotless too. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of the most work but they now look ready enough for me to rent the flat out to new tenants. A great result - many thanks guys.

They did a great job providing an end of tenancy clean. The flat looks amazing. They worked really hard to do exactly as expected and I would highly recommend them. When there was bad traffic meaning they would be a little late arriving, they rang to let me know. Great job guys!

JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. The cleaning team led by Anna did a great job in a short timespan. There were a few cobwebs we found about as we came back in to repaint some areas and some areas of wall in the kitchen left unclean which was honestly the fault of poor paintjob and not the cleaners, but fairly happy with the chances of getting our deposit back. We're in contact with the agency so we can organise a reclean if they need it, but fairly certain Anna did a great job!
