Lokman's team did a great job for an end of tenancy clean, leaving the house in fantastic condition.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for my flat and got an appointment within 24hrs! The team was punctual and well presented. They came prepared for the work and were quick to start.They worked hard through the day and their work was impeccable. Prior to this their communication were professional, timely and accurate. Highly recommend.

Amazing job on the clean, very friendly man, and he was even great when my landlord showed up somewhat unexpectedly to take some photos, in fact he waited until she let herself out to call me back in.

We had been living in the previous flat for nearly 3 years. We hired the cleaning team from hello services for end of tenancy cleaning. Before we left, the flat is a bit messy with limescale, dust, etc. The cleaning team come today and they have changed the flat completely. It is now very clean, neat and tidy. I strongly recommend if you are looking for cleaning. It is worth every penny.

The initial lack of communication from the team that arrived to clean the property was a bit unnerving. We booked an end of tenancy clean and were concerned that the lack of response meant the booking would be cancelled but thankfully after getting in touch with corporate, they confirmed the team had arrived and would complete the cleaning session. Upon inspection, they did a really good job with mostly everything! Sure there were a few dirt stains on the walls I wish they had gotten to but overall the cleaning itself was satisfactory so I’d say a 4/5 stars. However, I have to give 3 stars instead of 5 because the team threw out the remote controller for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I understand that any personal items would’ve been thrown out. We left the property completely vacant. However, to have thrown out what is effectively my landlord’s ceiling fan remote control which I had separated out via a little plastic baggie and leaving it on the bedroom window shelf is absurd. Not even with us trying to dig through the cleaning refuse could we find it. Having to explain this to my landlord is going to be difficult. So… thanks for the cleaning service itself but I really wish some common sense had been used. Edit: upon further further inspection, the cleaning team did not clean the second fridge, fridge freezer, and the washing machine. So three appliances were missed. I was so happy upon entering the property and now this? Disappointment. Update as of 03/12/2022: I let HelloServices know on the 24th about the missing remote control and the missed appliances. The cleaners contacted me the next day (25th Nov) and offered to come around on the 26th in the morning (Saturday) to clean the missed appliances, sharing that they were unaware of where they had been and that they had also found the remote control!!! The HelloServices customer service also emailed me on the 25th, relaying that they had also heard from the cleaning team that they had been in contact and offered their apologies for the mistake. I let our landlords know on the 25th and we had left the spare key in the same location so the landlords also expected them to come round in the morning before 12. Unfortunately the cleaners were running behind and were unable to arrive at the property until 4 pm and so the landlords had already retrieved the keys without telling us. We were informed by the cleaning team that the keys were gone and so they were unable to access the property but were able to leave the fan remote controller through the letter slot. I said this was fine, and apologised for the inconvenience to them. After calling our landlord (who told us they had retrieved the keys) and explaining, they shared that they were fine with the missed appliances and they would sort that out on a separate occasion. They were very pleased with the cleaning service so we got our full deposit back! And because of the various attempts to rectify the missed cleaning and even finding the remote control, I’m happy to edit my review. The cleaning team that serviced the property obviously take great pride in their work. I think it also says a lot about a company about how they respond to negative feedback and I can honestly say HelloServices did the best they could given the confusion and miscommunication. Thank you to the customer service and the cleaning team!! If you’re on the fence about using HelloService’s cleaning, please use my review as an example of what that experience is like. Yes there may be some miscommunication and some back and forth about things but overall the work can and will be done!

Had Loqman and his team coming down for and end of tenancy cleaning. They did a fantastic job and in a short time. Will definitely recommend them!!

I booked an end of tenancy clean via their website which I found very easy to use and the quoted price was very competitive. On the day of the clean, I received a phone call asking if they could attend an hour earlier than arranged which suited me perfectly. The two gentlemen who attended were very polite and did a very thorough job! The clean included windows, sofas and carpets. I would happily use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Absolutely fantastic service. Team of 5 people arrived and cleaned the entire house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen including oven and fridge freezer abd a living room) in around 2 hours. Left it spotless! Should really help with our deposit, Thank you!!

Cleaning services really good - end of tenancy clean. Available at short notice, affordable prices and accept card payments via portal. Would have preferred a little more communication re arrangements prior to the day; but other than that, amazing!

I was slightly concerned about using Hello Services after reading a few bad reviews, but Loqman and his team of two arrived at our flat for its end of tenancy clean on schedule. Their prices were also very competitive. Loqman clearly explained what was/wasn’t included in the cleaning and were finished in around 2.5hrs. They even through the the fridge/freeze cleaning for free :) thank you! My only recommendation is for Hello Services to perhaps email cleaner details prior to arrival and reconfirm the booking nearer the time, as I hadn’t heard anything from them at all until the day of the clean, so I had to call to ensure it was all booked in. Would use again.

The End of Tenancy Deep Clean done by Ioqman and his team was absolutely fantastic. The property looked brand new. Fast, thorough, professional clean would highly recommend Hello Services and their great team.

This is my first for all, Renting a property, having the end of tenancy service. The cleaners Cosmina and Gabriela arrived right at the time. Had some issues with the parking availability, but that was sorted out in quick time. Both the cleaners did their job to the best. There was miscommunication in the agreement as the Hob was not included and a double oven is included (which the property does not have), however the cleaners were polite and agreed to clean the Hob. A couple of hours later, there was the property check out inspection and there were few observations called out by the inspection guy (I felt most of them are pretty rude). The property manager spoke to Waqas from Hello Services and he arranged to clean the property again. Finally once everything is done, I got my deposit back. Thanks to Waqas for handling the situation with property manager and thanks to Cosmina and Gabriela, who did the best job.

Had an end of tenancy cleaning with Halwell and his partner, they did a fantastic job. The house is cleaner than I've ever seen. Highly recommended

Smit and another lady visited my apartment today for a deep cleaning, both of them were extremely professional and were able to get a huge amount of work done in only three hours. They were both very friendly, and I would definitely hire them again. Everything is tidy and clean, their work was excellent, I appreciate their effort and their hard work to make my home spotless before my end of tenancy. Great work all around, they were lovely people.

Constantin and his team of ladies from “Hello Services”, completed an “end of tenancy” clean for us today in Hylton Road Worcester. I cannot recommend highly enough this team and the company as well, their attention to detail was exceptional, and they completed it to a much higher quality level than I thought they could ever achieve, after 4 years of a lot of furniture not being moved. A few nasty wine stains, and discolouration between where the sofas were, rugs down, all miraculously disappeared 😊. …. The price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house was well worth it … it would have taken me days to get nowhere near their quality … real professionals. The landlord is happy as well, as he has only a little bit if painting to do, and doesn’t have to worry about the cleaning. Thanks again Constantin, and thank your ladies as well 👍👍

Halwest and his team did a great end of Tenancy clean. They made sure that everything on the contract was cleaned thoroughly and all the appliances looked like new, including the inside of the oven. They were very helpful and wanted to be sure that everything was done to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend this team.

Hannah and her colleague were very efficient in cleaning our 3 bed house at the end of our tenancy. The oven needed a really good scrub and it was spotless after they left. Their hard work meant that we got our bond back, from a very strict landlord !

I used of Hello Services in relation to my end-of-tenancy deep clean. I was so very pleased with the service provided! They did a flawless job, and even cleaned a late addition appliance for free! Hannah and her team arrived at the property precisely on time, messaged to inform me they were there, and then messaged again on completion. Used Hello Services for a "end of Tenancy" clean. I initially booked the wrong day and the customer service team were able to move it to the right day for me quickly which was appreciated. I had 2 cleaners arrive with their own equipment and I left them to it while I ran errands. They called me to let me know when they had 30 mins left to do so I could come back. When I checked the flat with the lady she pointed out all the work done and it was positively gleaming. I am very happy with the service. The oven looks brand new, all appliances were cleaned, carpet was cleaned well, windows were done as requested. Only negatives were that the company had not passed on my number to the team, so they were waiting at the car park gate for a while and it was only luck that I walked past and they asked if I was the person who had booked the clean (I had specifically said when booking that I would need to be called to let them in) and the app doesn't link up with any orders made outside of the app.

Used this service for an end of tenancy agreement full clean. Two ladies did the clean to a fantastic standard not sure how they did everything in 2hours! Would have easily taken me days to do myself so well worthwhile.
