Great service, although there was a misunderstanding about what to do with a mattress cover. It almost got thrown out but it came with the flat.

Good service, efficient service. Disappointed that the cleaning if the cooker did not include cleaning of the hob plate. Would have thought the job would have been included since it was a total end of tenancy clean. Apart from that the cleaning was good.

3 cleaners turned up and took just over 4 hours to clean a 5 year end of tenancy 3 bed property with carpets and oven done. They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the results. Only criticism is that the oven hob pan support stands were still quite greasy/dirty, otherwise I would have given 10/10.

Nasreldin did a amazing job on my carpets and mattress went above and beyond had moved house and carpets very dirty my house was shining he hoovered shampooed and was polite professional thank you I have ashma so slept well after my new home was brought back too life.

We have not seen the final outcome of the service as we relocated abroad but we assume it must have been really good as our landlady decided to give us back full deposit;) thank you very much for your professional service.

Excellent service pleased with the results

I had such a great experience with mustapha agha he cleaned my flat so amazingly and he was very detailed left my kitchen, bathroom, fridge freezer, living space absolutely clean! Would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Cleaners (Smile & Ali) were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Cleaning could have been more thorough as a few bits were missed eg. tops of picture frames, heated towel rail in bathroom dusty, splatters on walls not cleaned off & carpet under bed not vacuumed - but they willingly corrected these when they were pointed out.

Excellent service by the two operatives we now have a sparkling oven

I would certainly recommend your service to a friend if asked - I waa very satisfied with my own clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen which were perfect. My only minor problem was that things were not put back in their places, but that was nothing to do with the actual clean. All in all it was a good experience and I would certainly use again if I needed to.

really happy with them, everything is upto standards

The lady and gentleman were totally amazing. They were professional at all times. Helped me so much as I need to get my mums house on the market to pay for her care. Very professional Just did a brilliant job

1. Well designed website with clear comprehensive description of services provided + easy to confirm geographical coverage + plenty of info [Trustpilot, head office address, contact details] to check everything bona fide. 2. Phone call to book answered quickly [on 4th ring] by very helpful, positive agent. Easy to book from then on in. 3. Excellent email communications from confirmation of booking to reminder of appointment night before + on the day 4. Your cleaners arrived bang on the appointment time - were very pleasant + helpful, did an excellent job + cleaned up afterwards so place was spotless. What more could one ask for? SUGGESTION: Accepting you require payment in advance - sadly very understandable in these times - many people would find it a lot easier to pay either by phone or to a facility on your website rather than (a) make a separate trip to the bank ether to withdraw cash or effect a Bank Transfer. The trip is time consuming + costly + not always convenient. Also as I opted for the Bank Transfer method, I had to accept the cleaner who came taking a photograph of the receipt containing my name - bank account number - sort code - bank + branch details. Not everyone is happy handing out that kind of detail to complete strangers, however delightful. Otherwise I wish you every success with your wonderful business. Given the endless difficulties we face in the UK today in locating quality reliable tradespeople who turn up, do the work, and charge reasonable sums, yours is a brilliant facility which I am certain my wife and I will use many times again. Efficient booking and saves time locating local cleaners. The flat was very dusty due to plastering works. Will use you again for one off cleans etc

Had a post builder clean done by nsar, while he came by himself was extremely thorough, the bathrooms were spotless and the windows as well. Great attention to detail and diligent. Appreciate all his hard work.

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.

The quality of the cleaning was superb and they were also very accommodating when we had to rush to move items out of other rooms whilst the cleaning was taking place due to being let down the previous day by a moving company.

Neish and his team went above and beyond my expectations, polite, helpful and kept me up to date throughout even doing extra things I did not expect or even think of, I will most definitely use again and cannot recommend highly enough
