The End of Tenancy cleaning was first class, covering the carpets, wood flooring, windows, light shades, kitchen utilities, sun lounge and even the garage. The house has never looked better and was extremely well received by the new owners.i would definitely recommend Hello Services if you are moving home and want the house looking great for the new owners.

Your team was really friendly and very polite. We had a end of tenancy cleaning booked and they came well equipped. I have not seen the end result - we had to leave. But I do trust that they did a great job. The whole process of booking the cleaning was very easy - there was always someone answering the phone if I had question. Very happy customer here.

Hired Hello Services cleaners to complete an end of tenancy deep clean of a rental house after the tenants had left the house very dirty. They worked very hard and completed the clean to a high standard.

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late with little update or communication the team arrived and completed a great job. My landlord was there to inspect the property upon completion of the clean and was happy with the job done and couldn’t find any issues.

The guys that came to my house for an end of tenancy clean worked non-stop from 830 to 5pm. They were polite and respectful. They took care of my furniture when cleaning it to ensure the velvet wasn’t damaged. Would 100% recommend.

Very easy to book the service, including oven and garage cleaning. Calendar-based booking, no waiting for callback with (lack of!) availability - easy to set up. The cleaning was done quickly, in just 3 hours, all looking great. Wish I had photos to show but I had already left the house and returned the keys, but rest assured our end of tenancy cleaning result was that it was spotless!

I had a professional end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner was excellent to all difficult areas, fridge, freezer, oven, carpet cleaning. Only issue was the floor that looked not vacuumed in the end, but I guess it might have been a faulty vacuum. Feedback was given to the company who addressed it immediately. The overall communication with the company was excellent. I recommend.

Fantastic service. I used the End of Tenancy service, even though I was actually just moving in - the place was a mess and before I moved anything in, it needed a really good clean, including carpets. The standard of work was excellent, organised well and really did get in to the detail of the cleaning. Would use again and would highly recommend.

From the original request for a quote all the way through the booking & confirmation to the clean, you have been excellent It would have scored 10, however, the washing machine was not cleaned & was on the agreed invoice This was booked as part of our end of tenancy clean We have needed to clean the washing machine door, glass, seal & drawer ourselves

Great service for End of Tenancy cleaning

Sardar and Shahid did superb work for an end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom rental apartment. Initially, there was an issue with cleaning being declined, and had to wait 30 minutes for it to get resolved. However, the job done by them in 2 hours was exceptional. Would definitely recommend Sardar and Shahid! They make a great team.

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

A great end-of-tenancy job. The guys arrived exactly on time and obviously worked hard. There are still areas that need attention but the difference from before and after is super. I thought I’d asked for the sitting room blinds to be cleaned, which weren’t done, but maybe I wasn’t clear or misunderstood? Thank you anyway.

The team did a great job of the end of tenancy cleaning. The house looks great. We would have given five stars if they hadn’t arrived late, giving the reason that you didn’t have a contact number prior to leaving.

The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went through it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

I had an end of tenancy clean performed in December. I could not fault the experience. The service was competitively priced and the team were very flexible with me and worked around my schedule to have this done with very little notice. My job was done by Peter and Anita and they done an absolutely fantastic job. I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.
