Original team due at 9am but due to illness couldnt come however i had replacement team on site by 11am which was fantastic. Helena and her team were very pleasant to deal with and did a fantastic job without me needing to guide. Everyone seemed to know their job and just got on with it. Would def use again if need arose.

Very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and reworking quote. Appreciated being able to have my booking confirmed at very short notice as my father in law was due to return home from hospital rather than going to a care home. Frances was great at communicating on the day and checked what was needed. She and her colleague worked solidly to get the work done and discussed options with me on curtain cleaning and made sure I knew what best options were. They brought all the equipment, removed all rubbish from the house, put back furnishings left the house looking amazing and smelling fresh. Both worked efficiently and cheerfully the whole time. Happy to book again.

Two delightful Portuguese men arrived on time and were ready to work. And work they did - we are very pleased and would recommend - when looking around the empty apartment before starting we were told the spots that might not come out like the limescale - and it was obvious that they had given it a really good go. Also the people who I spoke to on the phone were lovely and helpful

The team were very professional and did a very thorough job - appliances were sparkling in the kitchen and the carpets came up really well. The work was done quickly at short notice for a fair price. Would definitely use again.

Really good job done in a very dirty and greasy flat. Staff friendly and communicated well. Arrived 45mins late but notified this in advance. Very pleased with the work.

Very easy to book. Picked my own time slot. Arrived 10 minutes early and just cracked on with the job (double oven clean). Very impressed with the result oven looked brand new, would definitely recommend.

Really good service by the team , they've reached ontime and then communicate on the work they are going to do . They only called me up after it is finished ( 4 hrs later) and the work they had done was really good. The rates were also reasonable . Thanks team for a smooth service .

The two girls turned up on time and were casually but smartly dressed and polite. They got straight to work and during the time they were here they didn't bother me at all and could always be heard cleaning. After they had finished the house looked and smelt very clean and a good job was done. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!

Cobwebs still in corners of rooms, still some dirt on the floors

Ivan and his team were all great. They all worked very hard and were very nice, professional and thorough with their work, they phoned me several times to get into the property when there was a problem with the downstairs door and to check about items that l had left in the kitchen. They deep cleaned every room thoroughly and they removed all the dust and dirt from each room and left the kitchen sparklingly clean. The flat was restored to its original state at the start of the tenancy and the letting agency emailed me today after l returned the keys yesterday to thank me for leaving the flat in good order. Thank you Ivan and your cleaning team for a great job l am very grateful for all your hard work and efforts l couldn't have managed without our your skills and help yesterday.

Excellent service and would definitely recommend. A much better result than expected as house had been empty for 5 years. Cleaning team were on time, friendly and courteous and stayed until they were satisfied, four hours. Price was set in the beginning. Thanks for a great job.

The team showed up on time for an end of tenancy cleaning. Everything was so clean and they left the house smelling very nice, and didn’t leave a spot..they were very friendly and collaborative especially Iban, I would recommend.

Honestly they did an amazing job they left my apartment smelling fresh and beautiful. The ladies worked hard and did very well with the cleaning.

Friendly and polite cleaning staff. Oven and bathroom cleaning were top standard. Some crumbs left on kitchen worktop. Cleaning took longer than anticipated but the general standard was very high. Thank you.

We were moving homes abd everything of moving that could go wrong did go wrong. The cleaners that came were friendly, helpful, understanding and performed miraces on the property we were vacating. Really nice staff and good work

The team did a great job and were thorough and efficient. I have closley considered whether to raise this rather sensitive issue but on balance thought as a business you would like to know. With the exception of the team leader, the other 3 cleaners had strong body odour (which i realise will be partly down to the physical nature of the job however I felt the strength of the odour was more than this and quite unpleasant) Secondly (and again not a major issue) when offered and accepting drinks and snacks (whilst i realise their English was not good which is fine) they should be taught simple words like thank you. Overall very pleased with the service. Thanks Kathryn

Amazing service both from booking to the actual clean. Lovely guys who came to clean the house. Professional but friendly. They did exactly as asked including little extras as they came across things, and to a very high standard. I will absolutely be using Hello Services again! 👍😊
