Today I had my End of Tenancy cleaning and it's safe to say I left an absolute hellish apartment for the cleaners. I have a dog that sheds A LOT and had no hoover for the better part of 5 months now, so the carpet was in a horrific state (inbedded hair and an ink stain) Ludvik and his crew came around mid day and within a couple of hours my whole apartment looked brand new again. And as for the carpet, it looked fresh as anything! My apartment was the sort of place cleaners have nightmares about, but these guys were so professional and friendly and made the place new again. I can't recommend Ludvik and his crew enough!

Very pleased. Two ladies arrived to carry out an end of tenancy clean on my flat. Vlasta and her colleague (unfortunately I didn’t get her name). They were very professional and friendly. The flat is spotless. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

Nicole and Marius did a deep clean of our 4 bed house after renovations and I’m absolutely blown away by how thorough a job they did. They even cleaned our dogs bed!! I’d 100% recommend this service, they were totally professional, worked quickly and kept me informed of progress throughout the day. Brilliant.

Excellent Service. My flat is like new again. I had my one bedroom flat deep cleaned. Two lovely men came and spent near three hours on the job! They went way beyond anything I expected and even cleaned my bedroom carpet! Their attention to detail was amazing! My bathroom is now sparkling and my oven is like new. I would definitely recommend and already have to my friends and family. I am also planning to use a fortnightly service from this company to make sure my home stays as perfect as it is now! The team did a great job on my rental property. Cleaning behind all of the furniture and scrubbing grease from the kitchen that had been there for years. They communicated well and brought 4 people to get the job done. Would use again

They cleaned everything thoroughly, I believe it was Vlasta who came to my property. There was not a single surface left uncleaned, would recommend.

Vista and her friend came into my flat with a can do attitude, they mopped and cleaned my entire flat, cleaned all the work surfaces down in each room, cleaned my bathroom, bedroom , kitchen and living room they did a brilliant job nothing was too much for them they even cleaned my fridge out which I was pretty pleased with over all I would recommend them to anyone they did a really good and I was really happy with the outcome.

Hello Services helped us last minute when we were let down twice in two days by Fantastic Services. The end of tenancy clean was excellent - the cleaners were friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

Great cleaners only downside is I ask if they used local cleaners which they said they did but I don’t call a 2 hour drive to get to flat local!

Today we had cleaning booked in crawley. Before the work the house as described by our client as "yellow and brown" and now he describes it as "clean and white". Excellent job, very satisfied. The cleaners were nice as well, courteous and good mannered. It helps the client by giving him a better appearence and he feels less neglected. It made him very happy and will give him more confidence. Good service from hello.

I was unsure about using a company for a one off clean but went for it based on reviews. I was very impressed with the deep clean. The guys who came were very professional and equally as lovely. Apologised and said they did their best with the oven, I checked it expecting it not to be great ( it was pretty baked in grease etc and it was gleaming.! Definitely not in need of apologies.! Would highly recommend and use the service again

Great to work with and house looked and smelt fab

Vlasta arrived early with her team and after a tour of the house, the team got to work. The house was left immaculate, super clean! All surfaces, cupboards, carpets and floors were pristine! The oven was shining as were all the oven inserts. Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge all perfect. The bathrooms and showers looked like brand new and not 13 years old! Windows left gleaming. Excellent service and would use again. Thank you!

Excellent cleaning

The team arrived on time, were charming and after a thorough tour got down to the job in hand. The challenge was significant after six weeks of building and disruption; the house was filthy. It is now restored. Clean, dust free and diligently returned to its old self. I can walk barefoot on my wooden floors again!

Vlasta did an excellent job for my end of tenancy cleaning thoroughly throughout the 2 bed house. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Definitely a lovely lady who clearly knows how to clean. Only problem was with booking the appointment and asking questions quite arrogant in their responses may be some in house training on how to speak to customers would be useful .
