The cleaner who attended was very polite, however he was not made aware fully of the services I paid for. For example I had a deep carpet clean and same for the stairs. He didn't know, so I had to show him on my booking. He did do it, but really should have known exactly what the service was. Felt like he was sent to do a job but not armed with the full information. The cleaning was to a good level, however I think price was a little on the high side.

I recently had an inventory checkout service with Cosmina and Gabriella, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything was in order. Additionally, the cleaning job they did was superb. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a smooth and thorough inventory checkout. Great job, Cosmina and Gabriella!

The cleaning was great. I would have appreciated more flexibility around changing services in the original quote after it had been approved. If the cleaning had not been so urgent I may have gone with another company. The changes were within the cancellation period so didn't seem logical.

The team from Hello Services who carried out my end of tenancy cleaning were very friendly, professional and highly efficient. They arrived on time and completed once everything was done and with client satisfaction. They did a fantastic job and left the house in an excellent condition, it was some real cleaning magic by Saya and her team. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.

Apart from the cleaners being given the wrong time to arrive, the process went well. The cleaners were thorough in their coverage of each room so that on completion there was no doubt that all aspects had been covered.

Great professional got the job done to a high standard

This particular job was a cooker clean and I had under estimated the state it was in so although the cooker still isn't 100%, the guy did the best he could with the equipment/products that he brought with him and the cooker is 95% cleaner than it was so am happy apart from leaving the kitchen sink blocked with the greasy water but nothing a plunger couldn't resolve.

Quick and flexible service, cleaner was friendly and good at their job. Their equipment wasn't up to the standard I expected for a professional cleaning company and this affected the quality of work slightly but the cleaner did a great job with the tools they were given and feel overall it was good value

Estone from Team Yamba came to clean the very soiled wooden floor in the flat I recently moved into. He did an exceptionally thorough job and was incredibly kind throughout the process. After months of difficult interactions with my letting agent and other customer service departments, Estone's professional and high-quality work, combined with his approachable and compassionate demeanor, restored my faith in humanity. Additionally, the person I spoke with on the phone was very kind, and the person I corresponded with via email was prompt and professional. This company exemplifies how genuine human interactions and pride in one’s work can make a significant difference. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen. This experience has had a profoundly positive impact on my mental health today.

The team were prompt in arrival and the job was actually worse than expected but the team battled on and did a marvellous job. Excellent cleaning from the team.

They were extremely friendly, kind and very respectful. They worked non stop and extremely thoroughly went through the house corner to corner. It's not until your left with a 100% spotless house that you truely appreciate it. Despite my best efforts I just don't have the expertise or superior cleaning products to get a result nearly as good

Mostafa’s Loqman team were lovely. Mostafa is extremely accommodating. I had a logistically difficult clean (lots of boxes due to moving in) but he managed to instruct carefully how the clean should be carried out. Will definitely call again in the future.
