Very satisfactory. I though you were very quick and demanding with the invoices, I had every intention of paying on time and I did hence the 9 instead of 10 of of 10. Overall excellent. Thank you.

The cleaners were excellent however I am not happy that we were sent an email saying that the payment was two days overdue. It was part of your original email that cash payment should be made on the day

The guys were incredibly friendly and respectful, very efficient and the end result was spectacular.

Easy to book backed up with great communication. 2 friendly ladies turned up on time and worked extremely hard for 3 hours. End result was outstanding.

they were good, but I dud not know \I would have to an almost bare room, as they "would not touch my stuff". As everyone has stuff, this should somehow be factored in. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the job and the price.

The cleaners were very polite, happy and pleasant people. They worked very hard - the house was in a poor state and took a lot of hard work on their behalf, but they just got on with it and the price was fixed, so even though it took many hours, it didn’t cost any more. Thank you.

They were quick, efficient and polite! And the place was sparkling clean at the end.

I was very pleased with the deep clean of my kitchen. The ladies and gentleman were very polite, and worked very hard. They rang to say they were running a little latter than schedule and told me what time they would arrive. Which was appreciated. I definitely would use the service again. 9 scored only because I had booked for 9am. But the lady rang the night before to say they were double booked and would be there at 1pm and luckily it was ok as there was someone around all day.

I haven't seen the property but my neighbour who checked on my behalf said you had done a brilliant job and made the kitchen look new!

Excellent efficient cleaning. Would have been a 10 if hadn't had to point out some tiny oversights - but these were quickly and effectively dealt with. Would recommend and would use again

The team were excellent. My point of contact was Ioana. She was very understanding when I had a delay in getting the keys to my new property on completion day and kindly rearranged for the next day. She and her team arrived promptly and they cleaned my new home, carpets and sofas to a very high standard. They were all professional, hard-working and friendly. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team.
