Maria and her team were excellent - the house was given a thoroughly deep clean before moving in. I was impressed with how much they got done in such a short time and were very thorough.

Cleaning was very good, cleaners polite and hard working. The arranged time of 0930 was not met; arrived c. 11.00 after a series of confusing telephone calls. Stated by the cleaners on Staff shortage. Phoning your central number was told somewhat abruptly that I had agreed the later arrival time with the cleaners, which was simply not correct - I had made no such agreement.

The 2 gents did a brilliant job. They were friendly and efficient and paid attention to detail. Many thanks

your staff worked for eight hours non stop, cleaning every surface, to the highest standard. The house no longer smells of cigarette smoke, the bathrooms are useable and your staff cleared up all their used cloths, bottles etc. In all a very good experience.

This was a one - off intensive clean and I was really impressed by all aspects of this service. I found the company both friendly and professional to deal with and the four cleaners who arrived promptly -immediately getting down to work- did an excellent job. As promised they phoned me when near to finishing and I arrived back to find a house refreshed - shiny sparkling and spotless! I would be very happy to use you again.

Cleaning was very good but the time was postponed twice

In terms of cleaning the flat, the cleaners did an amazing job. My flat was completely spotless after the clean (and quite dirty before they cleaned it). However, I'm giving 8/10 instead of 10/10 because they refused to wear masks, even when I was around and they weren't actually in the process of cleaning (I tried to get out of the flat as quickly as possible for that reason).

They did excellent work

The cleaning crew we had took the state the house had been left in by our sellers in their stride. We're really professional, friendly and competent. The amount they achieved was phenomenonal.

Cleaning was very good. Especially for the price they have. All others I've checked are much higher. The only confusion is that it was stated in the invoice they do exterior window cleaning, but in fact they do not unless you are on the ground floor. so better check beforehand.

Initial contact and quote process really quick, professional and easy. Slight uncertainty when trying to pay via bank transfer as details were flagged as fraudulent by my bank. I did call Hello servuces who assured me the details were correct but then went on to say they get this alot! If this is the case then this should be flagged up with clients before they come to pay so they are prepared and no need to panic. The staff I spoke to on the telephone were polite and helpful. The only thing I would say is there doesn't seem to be much communication between staff as my call was answered but I also got two further calls from other staff thinking it was a missed call. The team that attended my property worked very hard and I'm very pleased with the result.

Overall the cleaning was very good. However units on the front of my breakfast bar area were not cleaned as they still had marks on them and the inside contained crumbs and sawdust. I was unsure if the sofas had been cleaned as they didn't smell of upholstery that had been washed and there were a few grim marks on the arms of the sofas. The kitchen cupboard doors felt sticky which was perhaps from the products used. Other than that we had no other issues.

A couple of things weren't completely clean but overall did a good job.

Very easy to get a quote and add on services as needed. We booked for a tenancy end clean and the team were on time and did a very good job

The Incoming inventory was professionally carried out a couple of hours after the clean. The person undertaking it said that the clean was not perfect, mentioning specifically hairs under the plugs and some small pockets of dust. My son who inspected after the clean said he thought it looked OK but he will not have the beady eye of the professional. it may help if i quote verbatim from the inventory report:- "Professionally cleaned however some areas not fully such as some residual dust, hob in Kitchen, plugs in Bathroom and Shower Room" On the Admin side you score 10/10, so thank you -and the price is not unreasonable . I would recommend you to others, but you may wish to mention the Inventory report to your cleaners.

They got double booked unfortunately but the guy went out of his way to accommodate me, picked up my keys and did a fab job cleaning my old flat

The team were fantastic! Professional, hard working and friendly. I was a bit surprised by having to pay 50 pounds extra as Hello Services say no hidden charges! They also came two hours late. The team, I repeat, were great.
