Fantastic service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean - online booking was easy, with a live update quote as you add/remove services so you can track the cost. Great communication confirming booking, and reminders sent in advance. Teodora arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than other EoT services I have used with other companies). Highly recommend!

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

The ease of booking the service. The communication and status updates were very helpful. The cleaning team that came to clean the carpets and the oven for an end of tenancy clean were excellent. They arrived on time. They made the oven sparkle as new! We got our full deposit back!

Hi Hello Services did an end of tenancy clean for me 3/8/25 . They were friendly and did a great job . Felt the flat was cleaner than when I moved in . Would recommend to anyone who needed an end of tenancy clean .

Couldn't recommend more. I had two other cleaning companies cancel last minute on me and needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Result was cleaner & shinier than when I first moved in! So grateful for these guys.

Super professional and efficient cleaners! Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning so that I wouldn't have to worry about it and the crew showed up promptly, communicated well, and cracked on with the cleaning. They managed to get my flat back to move in condition and were all very friendly. Even managed to clean the oven that l'd struggled to clean in the past! Great service, would definitely recommend.

The team that came to do the end of tenancy clean my flat was punctual, friendly, and did a great job resetting my flat to move in condition after 3 years of living there! This is the second time i have used the end of tenancy cleaning..during both occasions I had a wonderful experience. The team is very skilled and they do a fantatstic job. This time it was Neesh who did the cleaning. And I must admit Neesh and his partner did a superb job. I am very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend their services. Adriana & Constantin did an ABSOLUTELY SUPERB job cleaning our flat, vacated yesterday by a tenant who'd been in there for six years. We have to redecorate the place which yesterday seemed a daunting task given the inevitable grime that had accumulated during the tenancy, but we're feeling so much better about the job now it's been cleaned so thoroughly. Unfortunately the cleaner did not arrive when scheduled, and I had to chase the company for an update. After several chases, I was told the cleaners vehicle had broken down. They were able to arrange to get someone else out 4 hours later. Justina and her partner arrived half an hour earlier than expected and spent about 3 hours at the property. They did a fantastic job, and if it wasn’t for the earlier communication problem, I would have scored 5. The other positive is that my landlord was happy with the clean!

Mike and Eldon are decent guys who did a really great job on the end-of-tenancy clean. I was really happy with their work.

Right from first contacting Hello Services Ltd, the management/admin team were excellent and importantly for us on this time all communications were quick and clear. I needed to add an oven clean to our quote and that was sorted immediately. On the morning of the clean I had to contact them urgently as the person opening up the house was held up by traffic. They communicated with both myself and their cleaning team so no one was disadvantaged, everyone’s spoke to was very polite and respectful and nothing seemed to be of any trouble. We knew the house was in the need of a deep clean/end of tenancy so that’s what we booked in, along with the oven clean. I don’t live in Liverpool so have had to rely on the person who held the keys: their report back to us on the clean is nothing short of exceptional. The team who carried out the clean have worked absolute miracles, everything looks infinitely cleaner but especially the bathroom (terrible limescale on bath shower and loo and general mould due to it being an inside bathroom, no window or effective vent and high humidity) and the oven due to too many sausages 🤣😉 Apparently the house not only looks amazing but it smells amazing too! I can highly recommend Hello Services Ltd as they obviously run a very efficient and competent business. All that’s left for us to say is thank you very much, you removed a lot of stress from our shoulders 🤩 The house
