The general cleaning was of a good standard The carpet "cleaning" was non existent. I cleaned more dirt off with vinegar and water and a clean cloth, Could not possibly recommend carpet cleaning service

I came across Hello Services whilst looking for someone to clean my house and wash the carpets. After answering various questions on the website, I received a quote the next day. I decided to go ahead and booked the job for Saturday. On Saturday afternoon, a young lady called Tina arrived an hour early after ringing me to check if this was ok. Her team consisted of family members, all of whom were very nice, polite and respectful. They were quick, efficient and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to use Hello Services again, and when I do I will request that they send Tina and her team.

Cleaned the whole house really well. Mum and Dad had lived in it for 35 years but the Hello team made the carpets look virtually new and the ovens and fridge/freezer are now sparkling. I have no reservations about handing over the property to its new owners now.

Izabel and her team were amazing. They left our house absolutely spotless ready for the new owners. They got felt tip stains out of carpets which had been there for months which I hadn’t been able to shift, cupboards were spotless, they were thorough in everything and all appliances looked good as new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Thought the cleaning service was very good. They arrived and did a deep hoover, cleaning all areas and were very efficient. My carpets were steam cleaned and are now back to looking new. Very impressed overall.

Good service, and thorough job. Both staff worked very hard, however the carpets were wet for the whole day although we were told they would dry in a few hours, the fridge/freezer was not cleaned. They did however clean additional parts and done a great job,

All parts of the process were really efficient; from the communication in booking abs getting the quote, to the clean itself. We had 3 cleaners come in; they were quick, friendly, asked lots of questions to make sure I was happy and nothing was too difficult, e.g: : when I asked them to re hoover under the bed in the master bedroom. Thank e booked them because we wanted the carpets cleaned before our baby is born and were really pleased with the results. I would book them again and recommend them.

The team were excellent. My point of contact was Ioana. She was very understanding when I had a delay in getting the keys to my new property on completion day and kindly rearranged for the next day. She and her team arrived promptly and they cleaned my new home, carpets and sofas to a very high standard. They were all professional, hard-working and friendly. Anna and her colleague did a brilliant job on our flat in Nottingham Centre. The carpets in particular look great after the work they put in. We also appreciated small touches like her ringing us to let us know they were almost finished (as we had left the flat during the cleaning). Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Deep cleaned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with ovens microwave all white goods and carpets. Nothing was left untouched and it made our move so much easier. Also lovely to deal with couldn't recommend more. Thank you again for everything

I have had my house & carpets cleaned recently in Kent by Justyna & Darek. They were both polite, lovely and made the whole experience very easy. My house looks absolutely amazing, they were so thorough and I couldn’t find a fault if I tried. Booking the job and receiving the quote was very easy! Couldn’t be happier !

There were a few issues in the morning where the cleaner rang saying they had no carpet cleaner and that wasn’t part of the service j had paid for. It was clearly part of the itemised invoice I had already paid so I am not sure where the confusion had arisen but it took a few different phone calls to resolve. I am told by the property management company that the end result was good.

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.

Two-man team for 10 hours, very good result. Thorough clean, a bit rough in approach but good result. Left some cleaning utensils behind, not a major issue but lacking "final touch". Only major negative: carpets were machine-washed with the result the that they are clean but left smelling rather unappetisingly. Next time, use a different carpet shampoo?

Very good, only thing i would argue with is that i would’ve liked if you went behind the couches to clean and I would’ve liked if you went under the rug and cleaned. But other than that excellent!! Everywhere cleaned and left a nice smell and friendly service. Definitely will use again!!

Nicole and Marius did an awesome job for our end of tenency cleaning. We had a 5 rooms house, and they did the whole thing in 2h30 including the deep carpet cleaning of the dining room. As an addition, they are very nice and sympathetic people. I recommend their services !

We booked a whole house cleaning for a new property. Diana and Alex called ahead to let me know they were on their way - this was great as I could prepare for their arrival. They cleaned everything perfectly - bathroom surfaces were shining, skirting and windows were “like new” and the carpets were deep cleaned and felt much better than before. Wood floors mopped and all the grime was gone. They left no mess and I was happy to leave them alone to get on with things, I could see they were hard working, attentive and also friendly. I would defo use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Diana and Alex absolutely.

Had an above and beyond experience with our cleaners, Diana and Alex. They were honest, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with what they were tasked with. When moving house I’d always assume that there would be the odd cupboard or bathroom that would be filthy, but not an entire 4 bedroom house like what we moved into. They made brown stained carpets look beige again, and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. I cannot sing their praises more and highly recommend this team of superstars to anyone that needs their place to sparkle!
