We recently hired the home cleaning service, and we were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Booking was made easy and any additional questions I had, it was easy for me to contact the office and have them answered. Adriana and the team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of our space. They paid attention to every detail, leaving our home spotless and fresh. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I had a professional end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner was excellent to all difficult areas, fridge, freezer, oven, carpet cleaning. Only issue was the floor that looked not vacuumed in the end, but I guess it might have been a faulty vacuum. Feedback was given to the company who addressed it immediately. The overall communication with the company was excellent. I recommend.

Dara and his team of three young ladies cleaned our tired 2 bedroom flat today. A wonderful result! They transformed it - every surface is spotless, oven looks like new, kitchen and shower room are immaculate. And Dara was so friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. He and his team went the extra mile and worked so hard in very hot and humid weather. Such pride in their work. Highly recommended!

I recently had an inventory checkout service with Cosmina and Gabriella, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Apart from the cleaners being given the wrong time to arrive, the process went well. The cleaners were thorough in their coverage of each room so that on completion there was no doubt that all aspects had been covered.

I had requested a cooker clean but had underestimated the condition of the cooker so the cleaner did he's best with the products he had and the cooker is 95% better than it was so I appreciate the work done and thank Helloservices.

Estone from Team Yamba came to clean the very soiled wooden floor in the flat I recently moved into. He did an exceptionally thorough job and was incredibly kind throughout the process. After months of difficult interactions with my letting agent and other customer service departments, Estone's professional and high-quality work, combined with his approachable and compassionate demeanor, restored my faith in humanity. Additionally, the person I spoke with on the phone was very kind, and the person I corresponded with via email was prompt and professional. This company exemplifies how genuine human interactions and pride in one’s work can make a significant difference. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen. This experience has had a profoundly positive impact on my mental health today.

The team were prompt in arrival and the job was actually worse than expected but the team battled on and did a marvellous job. They informed me of exactly what their work entailed and showed me videos of the result although I am still awaiting to receive them. Many thanks to Helloservices and their team.

Mostafa’s Loqman team were lovely. Mostafa is extremely accommodating. I had a logistically difficult clean (lots of boxes due to moving in) but he managed to instruct carefully how the clean should be carried out. Will definitely call again in the future.

Yesterday Jose and team came to do a deep clean of a kitchen so we can get it in a nice clean state for the house to be sold. I was so so impressed and happy with the results. I’ve had a lot of cleaners, these guys are the best. Cleanest the house has ever been, I’m annoyed with myself that I didn’t use them when we moved into the house. But the next tenants will have a pristine house. Thank you so much! Made my life a hundred times easier.

This was a fantastic service and worth every single penny. The crew that came to clean were managed well, knew exactly what they were doing and performed miracles. I had just rented a flat and the state of it was abysmal. The crew performed miracles and the place looked completely different afterwards. This company has excellent customer service. After booking the cleaners arrived promptly at the time agreed. They deep cleaned the flat but few areas needed more attention so I contacted the company and they arranged for another team to come and sort the issues out. I am very happy with the clean and the service I received. I would definitely be using this company again and recommending to my family and friends.

Hello services arranged everything and their price was much more reasonable than other cleaning services. The cleaners arrived a bit early, but they did a great job.

Excellent team, Excellent work ethics

I was nervous about a stranger in my home ( I arranged the visit for while I was at work ) but I needn't have worried. It was as though Izabel knew me and my preferences for where everything should go. She even did the washing up and put my recycling out. Coming home from work I stepped into a clean, fresh home. Everything had been dusted, polished, hoovered, washed and scrubbed. 1000% recommendation. If you want perfection, these are the people.

They went above and beyond, the house had been flooded during storms and had to be totally stripped out. Once everything was repaired we had Hello Services in to do a full house clean, they were amazing and did a really good job.

The team of 3 arrived promptly and set to work immediately. They worked not stop, starting upstairs and working there way down. The team were courteous and friendly. The whole house was in a dreadful state before they came and it was beautiful when they finished. I have never seen 3 people work so hard and achieve such a brilliant result in 5 and a half hours. The elderly lady whose house it was, was very happy. Thank you.
