Nicole and Marius did an excellent final clean job on a one bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush that we were handing back to the Landlord. They arrived on time and were most polite. We left them to it and went out as soon as they were set up and ready to start. The flat was looking marvelous when we returned with the bathroom and kitchen gleaming.

Thankyou to Nicole and Marius and colleagues for a superb clean of our family home. It was done under difficult circumstances with removal people still emptying the property of furniture and boxes around them as we were moving out after nearly 40 years. Getting a quote is very easy in the website and they were very flexible in arranging a date for performing the services. In my case, the agency was picky in finding issues after an end of tenancy cleaning, but it was so easy to contact Hello Services for a re-cleaning. They were really friendly, available and flexible. Nicole and Marius came and did an end of tenancy clean at my rental property in St. Albans yesterday and I can honestly say they are the best cleaners I've ever used. The property is old and they somehow made the entire place feel like a brand new house. It is obvious they have impeccable standards and have a very high attention to detail, ensuring every last inch was completely spotless. They were also very good value for money- I even gave them a small tip to thank them for their hard work. I would 100% recommend anyone to to use them.

I hired Hello services for an end of tenancy cleaning. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t show because of what I’ve read on reviews. Now I’m glad I gave them an opportunity, they were friendly and flexible with timing. They replied to my questions in timely manner. Tutu and Alicia did a very good job, they are very professional. They gave me advise on products and tips to clean, I should have hired them earlier! I liked that the price quoted was final and that they didn’t charge for the cleaning products or materials. No surprises or extra charges.

Tuty and Alicia did a great job on an end of tenancy clean including machine cleaning of the carpets. They were very thorough and professional. My only quibble would be that I had asked for the external windows to be cleaned and it was not possible to do the first floor as there was no extender. Everything else was excellent.

Diana and Alex were so helpful doing an end of tenancy clean for me. The standard of clean was excellent. They got on efficiently and quietly and were very thoughtful about my working from home/managing to keep the noise down. Cost effective, quality clean. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, I found Hello Services by doing a Google search. That day I was moving out of my flat that I was renting to a new one, as I have lots of things in my mind, totally forgot the professional cleaners. As I was also crazy tired that day, I paid by mistake for 2 properties. Not only I was lucky enough to have my money back for second property that I added by mistake but they also did an insane job that day with the property I was leaving. Myself and my flatmate had a great service provided by Joel and Rob for an End of Tenancy Clean on our 2-bed 2-bath flat that we were moving out of. They left the flat amazingly clean, with cupboards cleaned, under the beds clean and all sides wiped down. They did a great job on the oven and hob, both of which were very heavily stained - it looked brand new after! The photo quality isn’t great as we were moving out immediately after the clean so these are screenshots from a video but would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have ever worked with professionals for cleaning service - and Hello Services were wonderful! It's great to get to work with fellow migrants in the area. I worked with MAGDA and KINGA for my end-of-tenancy cleaning. They were lovely and friendly, full of smiles. They have of course made the flat I am moving out of look and smell amazing. The communications processes were also so friendly - Magda phoned me to share timings, so did ISABELLE when I had to change the appointment. The website is simple to use, transparent, with clear breakdown of costs etc etc. Thank you and I'll definitely work with you again if I have the opportunity to do so!

I had a end of tenancy clean with i Mustafa Agha - great guy, great price (1bed flat with bathroom, kitchen) - they did the job in about 3 hours, deep clean etc. Turned up on time,very punctual, i had grease marks on the electric hob they managed to get rid off, the oven looks brand new, the flat now looks sparkly clean.

Hello Services did my end of tenancy clean in Cheltenham this past week (May 2025). Extremely happy with everything. The booking process is simple (literally pick and choose things, add them to your cart, get a quote, and adjust from there as you need). The cleaners arrived on time and were all pleasant and friendly. They were extremely flexible and understanding with having to move their vehicle for my neighbours (I live in a weird area, it's impossible not to block someone in at any given time). The house looked spectacular, and they reiterated that if anything wasn't right they'd redo it or come back and redo it if the inspection said otherwise. Excellent experience all around.

Booked both a moving van and a deep end-of-tenancy clean with Hello and both were brilliant 👏 The moving van arrived a few minutes early so that it was ready to start loading at the agreed time. The driver was super open - he let me know when he arrived at the destination and sent a screenshot of the finished timer when the unloading was complete, plus video called to show the empty van and my storage unit with all of the boxes - great peace of mind. The cleaners were also brilliant - the apartment is cleaner than when I moved in. Great attention to detail, very thorough!

Ludovic and his colleague did a fantastic end of tenancy job on our house in Huddersfield. They worked so hard and it looked immaculate when they had finished. Ludovic even discovered a small leak in the kitchen and reported it to us - I couldn't have been any happier with their work.
