The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All accumulated rubbish was kindly removed.

Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buying a new house, you never know what you're going to arrive to. However, with Hello Services, we were able to get the house cleaned top to bottom (as it was empty) before we moved in, meaning we had a clean home to arrive to. Hello services came to clean out our apartment that we vacated on Monday 2nd February 2026. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that the place was completely spotless and ready for the next resident. I booked a deep cleaning service with Hello Service Ltd for a client I support. Their cleaners arrived on time, and Sardar and his colleague did an excellent job, especially considering how dirty and cluttered the flat was. Before starting, they thoroughly assessed the property and clearly explained what could and couldn’t be cleaned. For example, they pointed out that some stains on the walls couldn’t be washed without removing the paint, as it wasn’t washable paint, and that certain areas with wallpaper required careful handling. I appreciated their honesty and professional observations, and I agreed to the work as advised. They completed the job to a high standard. The quote was also very reasonable—just under £300, whereas some other companies quoted over £3,000. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service!

Rasaq + 1 cleaned my 2 bed property yesterday. They arrived with everything they could possibly need to carry out the job and worked efficiently until the job was completed. They listened to me regarding areas that needed a lot of attention and checked back with me to make sure I was happy with their work and took years of dirt and grime out of the carpets. The cleaners were friendly and professional. I had to chase up ETA. They did a good job, later than expected But a light fitting in kitchen was left greasy and dusty. Another team returned the following day. Paid for carpet cleaning included initially in quote at room price then full price for deep clean the following day. Wasn't vacuumed again. Advised 3 hours for carpets to dry. But still wet 3 days later

The flat has been transformed from a very bad state into something that is sparkling clean. I can’t recommend the company strongly enough. A top class job, thank you Sardar.

Back from hospital and sofa bound I first needed help in changing the battery of the beeping fire alarm. The pile of rubbish went out in a flash and the disorder in the kitchen and bathroom was organised by the two gentlemen, together with the hoovering and wiping of the floors in no time at all. A highly efficient and recommendable service all around.

My situation was difficult, as I hadn’t done a deep clean for well over a decade, so it was not an easy job. Adriana & Constantin were excellent in what they did. They were courteous and ran through the itemised list before work began. They both worked really hard and were very careful with my possessions. They created a cleaned flat that I was extremely happy with, and they were apologetic that it couldn’t be perfect. I sympathised with them that some of the stains in the carpet would never come out. All in all it was an excellent service you provided, and I would definitely recommend your company to all that need a cleaning service. Thank you.
